Pros:

Красивый , новый отель. Номера, территория, бассейн-все было чисто. Нам всё очень понравилось. Были с детьми в январе 2026 года. Действительно отдохнули-на территории тихо, как дома.

Beautiful accommodation
Pros:

The property is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the pool was great. The food served was also tasty. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so wonderful. We were allowed to check in slightly earlier.

Cons:

The hotel is right against the railway and its very very loud all day and night. If you are a light sleeper or have a small baby it might be a little noisy. But otherwise lovely stay.

Lovely setting, great pool, decent sized rooms

Good size rooms, great staff keen to help and a wonderful pool.

Cons:

I think they would benefit from cutting back the lunch and dinner menu; as Gordon Ramsey would say : “focus on a few things and do them well”. That said, only a small thing.

Pros:

Das Personal war super super freundlich so tolle Menschen. Das Essen war super super lecker, Frühstück war mega!!!! Der Ort Bentota ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen ruhig super Strand einfach toll!

Perfect hideaway near the beach to relax :)
Pros:

Wonderful hotel/apartment complex - quiet, close to the beach and very spacious rooms! Best rooms I stayed in during me srilanka trip. The pool was also great and the personal lovely and even arranged tuktuk drivers, tours and so on.

We’d go back anytime without hesitation!
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The three-person staff were amazing—friendly, attentive, and incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was honestly one of the cleanliest we’ve seen during all our travels, and it was super comfortable too.

What really surprised us was how much better the place is in person. The pictures in the ad don’t do the accommodation justice—it’s far more awesome in real life. We had such a nice time and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We’d go back anytime without hesitation!

El personal és extremadament amable. Vaig necessitar un transfer a l'aeroport a les 3 de la matinada i me'l van organitzar i ells amb molta puntualitat estaven desperts a aquella hora per comprovar que tot anés bé. L'habitació és molt bonica i l'hotel en general també (el jardí amb la piscina)

Cons:

Les instal·lacions no estan mantingudes. La llum del lavabo no funcionava, la de la saleta de l'habitació tampoc, hi havia uns cables penjant del sostre, etc.

Best comfort, super friendly host and great room!

Cons:

Next to the train train track, for us it was totally okay, but once per hour it gets loud (except in the night). But everything else was quite perfect, so absolutely worth it.

Beautiful quiet garden oasis in a short distance to the beach
Pros:

In a short five minute walk you can reach the beautiful wide beach of Bentota.

When you arrive at the hotel gate, you enter a garden oasis with a nice pool in exactly right size to swim.

My room was quiet and I felt very welcome. The owner was always very friendly, helpful and I felt very well taken care of.

Lokking forward to coming back to this place.

Superb!
Pros:

Fantastic accommodation, the room was just superb, it felt very new and high quality material. The hotel has a good sized swimming pool in a lush and luxuriant tropical garden.
The owner and staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much to ask.
The property is 1 minute walk to the beach which was very convenient.
Good and tasty breakfast that we recommend getting.
We had a great time as a family.
