Solicité que se arreglara el cuarto, nunca lo hicieron, la persona del mostrador decía hay disculpe ahora mando y nada y nada, paños nunca los cambiaron, lo pedí y me ignoraban, me decían siii y nada, el desayuno nunca indicaron nada, y lo peor pedí una factura por que mi empresa me lo exigía y no querían me
Decías hay tenemos que esperar no cuánto tiempo, hay no se puede etc etc etc me tuvieron esperando 3 horas por la factura

Muy Recomendable.
Pros:

El hotel está en la zona Sabana, una zona muy tranquila a tan solo 15 minutos andando hasta llegar al centro. El personal de la recepción es muy servicial y muy amable.
