Pros:

The staff is extremely helpful and gracious. Even though we check-in early and check-out late, they won't might about the same. The service was quite good. They maintained cleanliness in the room and respond quickly to any issue and sort out the same.

It was a value for money deal and whatever I expected for a hotel with charges 2300Rs, this hotel was providing decent stay based on the tariff.

Cons:

We had very bad experience related to staff head over there.

She was trying to grab unjustified money and out of nowhere she asked us to pay extra 500 Rs by making an absurd reason that we have taken time for checkout and that whereas they themselves have allowed us for getting checked out at 1pm. This was a completely negative experience. We were not there in a mood to waste our energy by arguing with her and she totally took advantage for this.

A perfect stay good location good food
Pros:

We did a transit halt at night during a bike trip delhi to Sissu
The best part is the General Manager was in constant touch with us and guided us to the property even at night 1 am
And to make our chk in easy after a long trip he said pls go and take rest will do formality in the morning

Not value for money, I don’t know where the good reviews are coming from. The room is pretty basic, it’s a semi furnished wooden shack, with a very small bathroom. They charged 4.5k for a king suite, which shouldn’t have been more than 2k at best.

There was a cockroach on the bed, when I brought it to the staffs notice, there was just shock and nothing else.

The walls are pretty thin, they had a party going on, celebrating one of the owners bday, so they were singing loudly till late in the night.

Felt like a waste of money, we only stayed because it was pet friendly and they charge 500/- extra for that. The room didn’t feel like the king suite, I suspect its just the same rooms different tariffs.
