Barely adequate, but an almost reasonable value for the price.
Pros:

The mattress was one of the best I have had in a hotel. The room was very clean.

Cons:

Not enough towels. No wash rags or bathmat, No pillowcases on the bed. Not enough work space and poor location of electrical outlets. Inadequate counter space in the bathroom. The pool was nonfunctioning.

Cleaner. Old mattresses were discarded near the building. Appears that people were living permanently in some of the rooms barbecue grills etc .Grounds had lots of debris. Junked vehicles parked in the hotel parking lot. Bathroom toilet seat had the enamel worn off. Carpet was nasty. Burned out bulbs in the room. Could not wait to leave in the morning.

My stay was for personal reasons.

It could’ve been a lot better if they’d fix it up a little

Cons:

The potholes in the parking lot. The ice machine don’t work. The paint coming off the walls. Toilet lid was coming off. None of the rooms I’ve stayed in all week didn’t have a toilet paper roll holder.

The people were nice.

Cons:

The hotel isn't like the photos at all. Bugs were everywhere and in the bed, paint falling off the walls, bathtub unusable, sink water smelled like feces and unused. Had to get bottle water to even brush teeth. No sugar for the coffee, etc... not a good one for your site. I'll never book here again.

Cons:

Owner smoking drugs... room was nasty. I understand it being an older motel but there was salsa dripping down the wall. And we had no TV until after 9 30pm. My husband had to go get the TV after waiting since we checked in. Pool was cloudy didn't get in.The location was very convenient and the pet friendly was the only reason we stayed.

Needs alot of love but beds were clean n fairly comfortable.

Cons:

Towels were old n worn, ice machine was broken, drapes did not help with outside light. Near a nice neighborhood to walk. Pool water was green from not being correctly treated with chemicals. They are working on improving rooms. Great value for families looking for inexpensive weekly rates to stay.

I was very disappointed.
Pros:

Nothing. The pictures they have are nothing compare to the real deal. I took my own pictures.

Cons:

Everything. The rooms smell, curtains have holes and don’t even match, only 1 towel, no bath mat, lights don’t work. I used my own bath towel to dry off.
