Amazing rooms with remote facilities
Pros:

The room was fabulous with a huge window to amazing views, spacious bathroom and very well equipped with kitchen, washer and dryer 2 tvs and more.

Cons:

The breakfast arrangements require you to walk about 10 minutes to the adjacent resort and is also available just till 09:30 (and 09:00 on weekends).
In addition when we checked in we were told it was available till 10:30 so on the first morning we arrived at 09:40 and were told they were closed. We were sent to another location and then had just 15 minutes to eat leftovers while they were cleaning up around us

Pros:

位置方便、溫泉舒服，設施新穎，用品都挺不錯，床是席夢思（超好睡）、餐具是義大利品牌

Cons:

挺滿意的，硬要說就是飯店沒餐廳，度假村內的餐廳又比較普通，但有附廚房，所以我煮得蠻開心的

Локация!! Исключительно реальный ski in - ski out! В абсолютно буквальном смысле слова, один шаг от двери и поехал, скатился обратно - и один шаг до отеля.. Штучное кол-во в мире таких мест! А чего ещё собсно хотеть от горнолыжного отеля?)
Сам по себе отель - новенький, дизайнерский, номера просторные, менеджмент классный, всё великолепно ... но - см. про минусы

Cons:

...отель как заявлен - по сути один новый корпус пристроенный к Огромному комплексу.. Оно бы и ладно, но по факту до заявленных локаций (напр на ужин) надо топать коридорами под километр примерно, не шучу.. Ну и все опции которые обозначены на сайте - надо понимать что ими пользуется несколько тыс чел. напр на завтрак в основном ресторане очередь на вход на полчаса (!!) ну и сам зал напоминает турецкий алл-инкл со всеми вытекающими. Ну и вот ни в описании ни по фото это никак не обозначено, за что жирный минус и отелю и Букингу!
2.Абсолютно адский скирент!! мы конечно со времён Союза помним что монополия до добра не доводит, но вот чтобы НА СТОЛЬКО! и Волен и Куршавель просто отдыхают по ценнику, при этом в PREMIUM (!!) скиренте на выбор +/- 10-20 пар аааабсолютноооооооо раздолбанных лыж и ботинок, я такого безобразия не помню лет 20 как минимум, хотя много где бывал...

Very comfortable and convenient stay, we would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Spacious and well-equipped room by Japan standards, with a washer and dryer which was very convenient. Ski-in ski-out access made getting on and off the slopes easy, and overall it offered great value for money.

Cons:

Resort pricing was quite expensive and the food options on-site weren’t great, we found it better to go to the konbini across the road.
