Wonderful! I would stay at a Vale hotel again in the future!

Very well kept property. I like that it was away from the other resorts.

Stylish, zen-like space that’s effortlessly inviting.

It's quietly tucked away but yet convenient
The flexibility of arranging shuttle to bring us to places and booking services.
Staff was helpful to provide good food options as well. We really appreciate it.

Cons:

Availability of water dispenser. We were not sure if the water was portable and probably not used to tap as well. So it would be great to have a sign or information about the water and it would be great if there was a common dispenser that allows us to top up water (sparkling water would be added bonus) on our floor.

Pros:

Well positioned to Rusutsu resort centre, Hokkaido resort liner stop, West mountain ski field. Rooms are good sized with most modern conveniences including kitchen, laundry. 2 bedrooms available for 4 adults with 5th person sleeping on futon in lounge room, 2 bathrooms.

Cons:

Wi-fi is good for mobiles but could not connect lap-top in room. However able to connect lap-top in reception lobby although staff were not aware of this possibility. Rooms are well heated but difficult to manage settings, so found best to turn off heating as rooms were still warm. Television has only Japanese channels with no English subtitles possible.
