Nice stay, brilliant staff
Pros:

Most of all I liked the staff attitude - always polite, helpful and friendly. Receptionist always available. Also the location near the park was nice and quiet. Unlimited breakfast is another plus.

Cons:

Mould in the bathroom. Old windows that you can't open but anyway feel the wind through the holes of the frame. I was hoping for English breakfast in the morning, but unfortunately only cold food option was available. I understand that it's cheapest food, but tomatoes were completely inedible (bitter)

Pros:

Location, the staff were very good, helpful, willing to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Cons:

The Blue Bell Hotel is not a hotel in the full sense of the word. In that it does not provide evening meals. Some single rooms are very dark and could do with some more powerful lighting. Overall 7 out of 10.

Da localização.
A alguns minutos a pé dos transportes.

Cons:

Ficámos na cave, e o metro ouve-se a passar.
Pequeno almoço fraco. Esperava encontrar um pequeno almoço inglês e foi mais do mesmo, pao, paio, fiambre, queijo. Havia cereais leite e sumos.

Die Dame am Empfang war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Generell bin ich sehr zufrieden. Frühstück war auch gut.
