Good value great location
Pros:

fab situation for visiting portobello road, also close to the underground with 3 different lines. Staff nice, complimentary continental breakfast nice. room spacious and on the front of the building, but quiet road and closed on schoolday mornings for kids drop-off at private school next door.
bed and bedding comfy, kettle tea and coffee and fridge in room. large flat screen tv.
Also I found this address because it was one of the cheapest in the area, usually I stay in other guest houses nearby which were more expensive

Cons:

bathroom had quite a few problems but nothing really to complain about - no light fitting above the sink (had once been there apparently), towel rack boiling (and this was when it was 31 degrees outside!) plug wouldn't come out so water and toothpaste disappeared after several minutes. Got drenched when switching on the shower and bathroom floor got wet easily (but dried quickly due to heating!) Minor annoyances which wouldn't stop me coming back here!

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber, das Zimmer roch angenehm und frisch. Wir hatten sogar eine Badewanne. Unser Zimmer war recht gross, wir hatten genug Platz für all unsere Sachen. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, zu Fuss kann man problemlos zur Portobello Road. Tube Stationen sind auch in der Nähe. Zur Paddington Station sind es ca. 25 Min Fußweg

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen und durchweg nettes Personal

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück sehr geringe Auswahl. Als wir dort waren waren in London um die 30 Grad, das Zimmer war super heiß, es gibt keine Klima und durchs Fenster kam natürlich auch eher wenig kühlere Luft rein.
