Il personale era gentile anche se solo una di loro è stata in grado di gestire le nostre problematiche.

Cons:

La stanza familiare ha un divano letto che fanno passare per due persone ma a malapena puo' ospitarne una. È comunque molto scomodo e dopo 3 notti si stava davvero male. Bagno piccolissimo e anche piuttosto mal ridotto.

Sembrava di essere in una casa inglese!!
Pros:

La struttura è in ottima posizione e in un quartiere bellissimo e tranquillo, lo staff è gentilissimo e accogliente. La camera familiare era spaziosa con il bagno ristrutturato e pulito. La colazione era abbastanza varia sia per il dolce che per il salato. Se dovessi tornare a Londra penso che ritorneremo in questo hotel.
