Booking.com should at least check property legitimacy. Booking.com customer service has also not responded to me yet. No
Pros:

SCAM SCAM SCAM
Nothing to like about this!
This booking should not be posted. This property is not legit. The number posted (+63 977 399 6557) was just ringing. I tried calling, texting, sending an email but got no response.

Cons:

We arrived at the building but the receptionist and other property owners do not recognize this unit. We have to look for a new place to book that same night because we have no place to sleep in.
