Wow Xolani was such a gem, I had such h a lovely stay i even extended it from the night before, checkin was super easy and efficient, I arrived early so I had a lovely welcome drink at the roof to bar, when I got to the room my bags were in the room, the room was absolutely beautiful, whoever did the interior design knocked it out the park, i loved everything about it, super comfy queen bed i slept like a baby, the housekeeping staff were super friendly aswell, I was also greeted with a smile, it is such a pity cape town is getting cold it would of been lovely to make use of that beautiful rooftop pool, the bar man at the rooftop bar was also super cool and so was his lovely manager ,all in all I had a lovely stay and the hotel is absolutely beautiful will definitely stay again!

The staff were really friendly, the location is perfect - near many good restaurants. The apartment is spatius and has everything one might need for a comfortable stay.
The breakfast is a la carte and the selections is really good.
Accross from the hotel is a very nice bar that turned club starting with Thursday and going into the weekend (it was also First Thursday). Our hotel room windows were oriented in that direction. We got very little sleep in those nights. The hotel staff offered to move us, so that was nice.

The bigger room with two apartments was very nice! I loved the fact that things were sorted as soon as possible. Staff were nice! The rooms smelled very nice!!
You can hear a lot through the wall; doors closing, people talking, staff cleaning.
When we arrived the door to our room was broken, but the staff was able to fix it quickly.

A bit noisy at night, but the double windows tone it down by at least 80%.
Good location, great staff, comfy rooms. Liked the a la carte breakfast, was fun to see how the pedestrian street transformed to a casual drinks and music area during Sunday afternoon.
Music from nearby bars can be heard at night during the weekend - not an issue as long as you bring earplugs.
