Dårlig trykk på vannet i dusjen og flush-knappene på toalettet hang seg ofte opp slik at vannet fortsatte å renne..

It was a beautiful room. Staff were amazing so friendly and the service was incredible. The staff are welcoming and really helpful. Would highly recommend the hotel.
We unfortunately booked over first Thursday and the room we stayed in was exposed to all of the music. We had guest from the roof top bar trying to enter our room at midnight.

A well located hotel, run by a friendly enthusiastic young lady, who was very welcoming. Rooftop bar was nice and lovely view of table mountain. The room was simple but comfortable, opt if possible for high floors and the little suite as the extra room is more comfortable
I asked for a slightly later check out and although the hotel wasn't full at all, they wanted to charge me for a 2 hour extension.
I could really write a long review about everything I loved but all I’ll say is if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in CPT, look no further. Shout out to Jerome and the front of house team, you guys were excellent and to the girlies at the rooftop bar - Neo, Nebula and Zandi and the rest of your team.. you made the stay memorable. Location, customer service, cleanliness, cape tow views from the rooftop.. everything was exceptional

It’s in a nice area. Easy to walk around and staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel special.
The price was slightly steep but that’s all. I loved it.
Interior design is absolutely stunning, The understated attention to detail from rooms to restaurant Super friendly staff and the location is just 👌
