Fabulous location fabulous hotel.
Pros:

It was spotless, you couldn’t fault a thing.

Cons:

That someone walked into our room whilst we were resting, However the staff were brilliant and got it sorted .

Excellent Location, Great facilities
Pros:

Excellent location,very well connected to Jubilee line, had all amenities. Despite being in a prime location it was very quiet in the night with no traffic noise etc for a good sleep. Several good restaurants near by. Surely great place to stay while in London, will bedefinitely back.

Wanted a one night stay near O2 arena. This was perfect!

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Rooms were super clean and well equipped
The lounges and terraces were great. Plenty of space and nice to have unlimited tea and coffee.

Cons:

The beds are super comfy but they are standard doubles - so a little cosy. Was’t sure if there were options for bigger size rooms/beds

Unbeatable location and a perfect London stay
Pros:

The location is excellent, just a short walk away from everything you need and the square itself is quiet. The staff go above and beyond and were so friendly and made my husbands birthday stay special. The lounge is lovely and relaxing and the partner building has a really cool bar. The room is great and has really good quality amenities. I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

I can’t fault anything. Maybe if they can give a discount for follow up visits that would be greatly appreciated and would definitely stay again :)

Excellent stay and we will definitely book again.
Pros:

Very near Canary Wharf station and one stop away to go to the O2 arena. Lots of signposts from the underground station. Simon on reception was so welcoming and informative. Gave us a room on 11th floor and it was so quiet. Room was spotlessly clean and well appointed and the towels and bed linen good quality. Toiletries lovely and shower hot. Excellent bars and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Shower was a little slippery, probably could have benefited from a non slip mat.
