The absence of A/C was tough during this heatwave.
Excellent location, clean and has kitchen.
The top lounge has large open area with AC, and has a good gym. Staff were friendly and kind.
No Central AC. The window has to be opened for air ventilation which we had to hear noise from outside. The hotel provided just fan for the room, and the sheets are not cooling type, we had the worst sleep ever. We had to switch hotel in the middle of the booking as the heat is unbearable.
The coffee machine at the lounge is very very watery, we still had to end up going out to get coffee. It was not good coffee at all.
Very clean, nice facilities, everything felt very new and well-kept. Staff was nice and welcoming.
It was great to have the common room up top with air condition, and free water and coffee, though the coffee machine was not great/broken, do we didn't use it after one cup, cause it was not tasting great.
Great area, seems like an "up and coming area", not a lot of eating possibilities around for breakfast but it was very close to the tube, so you could quickly come around.
It was very hot, and I mean, it was not on them, it just was a very hot period in London, though there was a table ventilator/fan provided in the room, it unfortunately did almost nothing in the heat. The room was still so hot at night.
We kept the window closed and blinds down at all times, but it helped minimally.
Brilliant location! perfect for the O2, great restaurants & bars nearby, Staff really helpful and friendly.
My only slight issue was lack of air conditioning in the room, but they provided a fan.

The loundry room is great, but they only have " eco paper detergent" thing not regular laundry detergent, and that stuff doesn't really work well :(
Facilities are excellent. Very clean and great location. Staff were excellent, and as a solo traveller, I felt very safe.
The room was very hot, but we were in a heatwave, and a fan was supplied.

During hot weather the rooms heat up significantly and air conditioning is not available! It was almost impossible to rest well. In addition, the beds are rather small for two person.
Only one tube stop away from O2. Unfortunately only stayed for one night so only had a few hours in the hotel but the rooms were spotless. Small but comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Invested in an audio system but no air conditioning. Invested in a kitchen and oven but no place to sit with two people to then eat something.
The building is in an perfect location, walking distance from the main Canary Wharf station. It looks great and is very convenient. The room was clean, bathroom as well. The roof terrace is nice to sit.
The sun is directly on the building so it gets pretty hot. However, there was a fine working fan provided (we didn’t have to ask for it) and that made it manageable. The room (we stayed in “Little Studio”) was pretty small but for 2 nights totally fine.
