When I asked to move date of my staying they did not even bother to reply
Well they never refund me
Spotlessly clean, warm, and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a small grocery store just behind the building. They also provide a free tea/coffee machine and a mini grocery facility with snacks and essentials if you don't want to leave the building. I really enjoyed my morning coffee on the terrace.
The staff were super friendly and informative on check-in and gave a lovely greeting on leaving and returning to the building.
The studio made great use of a small space, providing a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances, cookware, crockery, and utensils you'd need. So you can eat out, bring back takeaway or cook for yourself if you prefer. There was even bin bags, dishwash detergent, cloths and a teatowel. So no need to buy any cleaning products for a short stay.
The bed was lovely and comfortable, we were able to turn up the heating with a nifty little dial attached to the radiator, so we had a really cosy sleep.
The bathroom products smelled lovely, and we had plenty of clean soft towels... which also smelled nice! Even the corridors smelled nice!
Cannot recommendation these studio apartments enough.
We were attending an event near the hotel, so that's why we chose this area. We didn't get time to explore Canary Wharf, but we would love to come back sometime. The area had lots of fancy high rise business and banking buildings. The architecture was fabulous. There were lovely canals, sculptures, and a pretty park on the walk to and from the station, too. And the area was very clean and felt safe.
Not exactly close to the city centre, but we were only a couple of stops on the underground and a short walk from the station, depending on the line you took, from Liverpool St station or to Trafalgar square. So you could have a very pleasant reasonably priced stay here and still explore the Central attractions.

The area in Canary Wharf was great.
The friendly staff and cleanliness were excellent.
All the soap dispensers were difficult to use.
When the bathroom light switch is turned off the fan often continues and is noisy in the main room.
