The road to the hotel is a 7 km long forest road. Please note that in winter roads can become icy. The hotel is not possible to find by satellite navigation. Please enter Bielsteinchaussee as your destination and follow the wooden signs marked with arrows.

Due to the condition of the house slippers or removable shoes are required. Outside shoes should be left in the hallway of the accommodation.

Guests are kindly requested to contact the hotel in advance using the telephone number on the booking confirmation. Staff will then direct guests to the property.

Please note the accommodation closes at 20:00. Check-in after 20:00 is only possible if arranged with the accommodation in advance. There are no extra rooms where guests can stay after 20:00.

Please note that the Dogs are permitted exclusively in selected double rooms. A fee of €35 per dog, per night applies.

Pros:

Die Lage ist unschlagbar,die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen,könnte mal wieder alles frisch gemacht werden.Frühstücksbüffet war ausreichend, ein wenig frisches Obst wäre angebracht,die Fahrt zum Hotel sollte nicht mit einem tiefer gelegenen Fahrzeug erfolgen,ist halt ein Forstweg.

Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach wundervoll wer Ruhe und Natur sucht. Den Wasserfall vor dem Fenster einfach toll. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und die Betten gemütlich.
Wir hatten nette Abende im Gastraum ob beim quatschen, Essen oder Spieleabende.

Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist richtig schön. Mitten im Wald am Wasserfall. Der Weg dahin, war im Dunkeln ein reinstes Abenteuer.
Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach gehalten, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, aber okay. Beim Frühstück, war für jeden etwas da und es wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt.

Die Natur /Ruhige Lage / Frühstück war Super es war alles da was man brauchte /

Cons:

Zimmer Service kam von 7 Tagen Urlaub nach 6 Tagen erst zum Sauber machen auf Nachfrage. Nach Klopappier konnte man auch suchen wenn es leer war. Weil es nicht regelmäßig aufgefüllt wurde. Die Dachterasse war marode und teilweise ohbe zäune geschweige denn mit absicherung. Oder auch ganz offen.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche und persönliche Gastfreundschaft des Besitzers. Er war stets hilfsbereit und hat mit seiner offenen, geselligen Art dafür gesorgt, dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die netten Gespräche und das gemütliche Beisammensein am Abend haben unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert.

Accomodatie niet of nauwelijks bereikbaar voor contact. Uiteindelijk hebben wij geannuleerd en toch kregen wij daags van te voren digitaal in _ check gegevens van hotelkamer toegezonden. Ook nu hadden ze onze annulering niet gelezen. .Na boeking kregen wij hele waslijst van regels over hoe wij daar moesten komen, inchecken, ontbijt etc etc. Toen hadden wij al zo iets van: wij gaan met vacantie en willen gewoon rust zonder gedoe Klap op de vuurpijl was toch wel dat er ook bij vermeld stond dat er geen of nauwelijks internet was en dit voor ons een groot issue is. Vandaar volgens regels, binnen 24 uur geannuleerd maar pas na 3 dagen bericht en ze gaven niet thuis, .Booking.com heeft ook geprobeerd deze accomodatie te pakken te krijgen en dit lukte uiteindelijk na 2 tot 3 dagen. Maar hotel en Booking.com hebben ons in de steek gelaten en geen geld retour. Als je niet bereikbaar wilt zijn en niet betrouwbaar wilt zijn zou ik zeggen boek daar je overnachting
