The road to the hotel is a 4.3 mi long forest road. Please note that in winter roads can become icy. The hotel is not possible to find by satellite navigation. Please enter Bielsteinchaussee as your destination and follow the wooden signs marked with arrows.

Due to the condition of the house slippers or removable shoes are required. Outside shoes should be left in the hallway of the accommodations.

Guests are kindly requested to contact the hotel in advance using the telephone number on the booking confirmation. Staff will then direct guests to the property.

Please note the accommodations closes at 20:00. Check-in after 20:00 is only possible if arranged with the accommodations in advance. There are no extra rooms where guests can stay after 20:00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Erholung pur in der Natur
Pros:

Das Personal war supernett !!! Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Natur und man kann
total relaxen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Zimmer hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt.
Rundum zu empfehlen. Wir waren mit Hund dort und das Hotel ist sehr, sehr hundefreundlich.

Cons:

Leider ist der Anfahrtsweg sehr schlecht, wofür das Hotel nichts kann,
da es sich um einen öffentlichen Weg handelt.

Es war sehr abenteuerlich und lustig. Es waren auch sehr nette Gäste da.
Pros:

Es gab genug Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Auch, dass man die Gaststätte nutzen durfte, fand ich sehr gut. Die Unterkunft ist auch gut gesichert.

Cons:

Es war leider niemand da, mit dem man mal reden konnte bezüglich der Unterkunft. Die Reinigungskraft sprach kein Deutsch. Sie war auch die Servicekraft.

A pleasant stay and lovely nature views
Pros:

Amazing view from our window - the waterfall and forest. Cosy room, and my kids loved the 'floor bed' separately from the main room. Warm and clean.

Cons:

We would have loved an electric kettle in the room.

Cute place up in the woods outside of Wernigerode, beautiful waterfall. Comfortable and had everything we needed for a peaceful stay.

Cons:

The road gets a bit rough but that's not the fault of the Gasthaus.
