Cons:

A lot of noise, couldn't sleep because of this. Something like radio talking all through the time.
Staff unfriendly and even didn't say hello when I go out

Dirty and smelly but fine for one night stay
Pros:

Location is right next to Little India. At reception, you can buy Ramen and water. Staff were kind. Air conditioning works. Cheap but feel like it was a bit more pricey for what it is. Would be a fine last minute option.

Cons:

Very dirty, hair from previous guests all in the drain in the shower. Hair and dirt over surfaces. Bathroom would smell like hot sewage and fill up the room. The blanket was crunchy. The area surrounding it looks a bit sketchy, would be a bit uncomfortable walking around at night as female traveller.

Pros:

1. Perfect location to attend Merdeka march.
2. Got rooms with 3 beds which is perfect for family stay.

Cons:

Tv was not working. But there was no compensation for the paid price.

Good value for budget staying
Pros:

Good location. Close to ktm and bus terminal. Easy to get public transportation if not driving.
The staff Afan is very helpful and respond the needs of guest when available.

Cons:

The guest at the same floor smoking and the smell went to my room through air conditioning.

Not terrible, has potential
Pros:

So... First impressions were terrible. It definitely gives you a " we'll barely survive a night in this place" vibe. But on the other hand - it's clean, AC works, the bed is quite comfortable, the room is big (and has a chair and a table), the shower is clean, it works and has good water pressure.
The location is great (5 min walk to the main bus station in the city & 5 min walk to the city center).

Cons:

Falling apart & forgotten from the world vibe. Our door was damaged (by the looks of things a while ago) and they just screwed a wooden plank over it.
@ owner - please get some sheets for the bed. Since at the moment you only have blankets, that doesn't give the right feeling of comfort & hygiene (even though they are clean). Basically - get sheets & fresh coat of paint for the rooms and the place will be soooo much better. The place is a five right now, but it could easily be an eight.
