Need to improve the breakfast.

Breakfast could include the availability of fried eggs, scrambled eggs and omelets, this can help people from other cultures.

There’s no Air con so it’s hot inside our room. we open the balcony if we are in our room so there will be air and it will not be hot. But we can hear the noised from outside

Rooms in General need a touch up fresh bit of paint and sealant of the shower. My fridge was not working, breakfast not much option wise at all and you have to pay extra for fried egg etc

Fridge wasnt working properly. Warm water provided. Informed staff. And said there's nothing they could do.
Could smell smoking fumes from my room from someone smoking in another room and hallway. When I informed staff that the smell was making me feel nauseous because it was that strong coming into my room with closed doors and windows. Staff said theres nothing they could do.
Breakfast is very limited, to be honest I would recommend breakfast somewhere outside, probably cheaper and so much better to represent Istanbul.
Rooms just need a good upkeep. Mattresses need refreshing, Sealent in bathrooms need refreshing, electric cords need refreshing. But again I guess it was good enough for the money we paid.

When i book the hotel we mention that we are xoming for honeymoon i book a sweat i ended up with small room very dirty with a phone making noises i went down i ask them to change my room they told me you have to pay extra and one of the receptionist told me that you pay only 3 days i show him my booking confirmation which is from 16 january to 21 january he keep telling me no your check out on 19 i ask him to call the manager
The manager came i show him my booking number he sais it's ok youcan relax
The worst thing hapenned to us when i was sleepinh suddenly my husband wake me up and tell me that he found big buds inside our bed i took my husband to tge hospital because he started scratching his body i have. Video and pictures of the bed full of big buds
When i went down i was really shocked with the answer from the receptionist he told me its not my problem you can talk to the manager tmrw really it waa a bad experience i need my money back because i spenta lot of money in the hospital

Rooms were not clean, toilet would not flush and the biggest problem we had was the room was infested with bed bugs so we left immediately.

The room was so disgusting and old and small

there is a bed bugs, and i did not sleep my whole stay, Please do something with those parasites, even if the cleaner change it everyday, bed bugs was every where.

Terrible breakfast. Basic food. Disinterested staff. They ran out of tea, which is essential for a good Turkish breakfast. Worst of all, I got food poisoning and was ill for several weeks afterwards.

I've booked 4-star hotels in this area before, and their quality and services were excellent. This hotel, however, falls significantly short and seems more in line with a 3-star rating. Sorry, but this is the truth.

The noice in the hall at night
