Rooms was so small bedding was badly smelly, bedsheets which they put on was fully burn by smokers. .. And inside room it was full of mosquito
Very homely structure of the rooms and beautiful restaurant look with tasty breakfast, lunch and dinner.2 minutes walking distance from colva beach makes this place very serene. Very Economical compared to other places.
Good surroundings and home garden restaurant
The property can be considered as a low budget one. The rates are cheap but the amenities could have been better. The location was near the beach that is a plus.
The drawback was the old bed which was making a cracking sound as it will break anytime. The ceiling fan was too noisy maybe because of the bearing. There was no exhaust in the bathroom. The floor tile was broken and they were covered with a mat.

They tried to charge extra on arrival for AC when I had booked a room which included AC
