The locality is easily accessible from the city & calm. Hassle free check in & check out.

no water bottles, tissues, towels were kept, we had ask to get these basic things. bathroom fittings were leaking.

Pros:

Broad room, hot water and the residential location and the variety of breakfast items was good.

Cons:

Balcony area was not clean. The bed sheets and beds were not Crystal clean.
There was lot of dust in windows.

Lazy careless staff who work at snails pace

It has a cute breakfast joint

Cons:

1. At night they lock hotel entrance and sleep - I had to bang the doors for more than 45 mins to get up and open the entrance
2. The staff did not find the booking in their system and another 30 mins was spent and I had to call booking.com before they suddenly found it and gave the room
3. They WiFi was only working near entrance of room

Rooms are clean enough, the pillow covers, towels etc. could be cleaner. Rooms are spacious and had balconies.

Cons:

All reviews mention great brekfast, of course the taste was good, but nobody mentioned it is not unlimited. In our 2 days stay, 1 day it was arranged on the terrace and next day it was in Idly Bidli restaurant below. 1st day it was like you get 1 dosa, 1 vada etc. but you could take extra idli if you want. But on 2nd day it was like you get 2 idlis, small bowl of upma and puliyogere (which none of us had) that's it. Nothing extra you can ask, which ruined the entire experience of the stay. It should have been clearly mentioned that breakfast is limited or rather not give it at all than having to watch all my family members feeling still hungry and dissatisfied.

Bathroom can be maintained more neat. Dust anywhere on cupboards and balcony. Also we found tissue paper below the bed.

Cons:

Disappointing experience at this property. While the cleanliness was somewhat managed, there were noticeable issues with expired shower gels. The breakfast process was confusing - we were told it was free upon check-in, but later were informed we hadn't opted in and would need to pay. Clear instructions would have made a big difference. Room for improvement in communication and amenities.
