One man can ruin your experience
Pros:

The room was clean and value for money .

Cons:

The receptionist (Ravi ) was unwelcoming . Full of attitude, arrogance and bad language tone . The other staff was polite and good especially the guys who brintgs food .

Mixed stay with good staff and food, but room cleanliness needs improvement.
Pros:

I had a mixed experience during my stay at Grace Inn Hotel, Dehradun with my family. The staff was very courteous, polite, and always ready to help, which we truly appreciated and made our stay more comfortable. However, the initial room we were allotted was not up to expectations in terms of cleanliness, and we had to request a change along with fresh bedsheets, pillow covers, and a few other adjustments, which the team promptly accommodated without any hesitation.

After the room change, our stay became more comfortable, and the staff continued to be attentive and supportive throughout. The food was another highlight, it was really good, with great taste and decent variety, which we all enjoyed as a family.

Overall, despite the initial issue with room cleanliness, the helpful and accommodating staff along with the good food made our family stay a better experience

It was the worst experience ever. Won't recommend it to anyone.
• rooms aren't what seen in the photos.
• had to ask for everything in rooms, were not even equipped with basic amenities that is cup, soap etc.
•you have to check out at dot 11 if you'll check out at 11:05 you'll be charged extra even if you informed beforehand that you are checking out
•their in house restaurant is very expensive, I'll recommend to dine out.
•no breakfast was provided even after booking it as "it was their hotel's policy and what bullshit"
And after all this they wanted us pay while checking in and after checking in "tum jaano tumhara jaane kaam" i think this was their policy.
Worst experience ever.
I don't know how people are rating it so perfectly.

Worst I would stay spending here.
Pros:

Nothing was well cleaned and hygiened.

Cons:

It was threating to call us again & again.
Also, they don't tell you what is chargeable and what is not.
Towels were like very old.
Washroom was even dirty.
No fan in the room only AC.
What if you're not an AC person.
There is no bath Tub in the room and it was mentioned that at the time of booking room with bathtub.
So many other things which is very bad for this property.
