It was the worst experience ever. Won't recommend it to anyone.
• rooms aren't what seen in the photos.
• had to ask for everything in rooms, were not even equipped with basic amenities that is cup, soap etc.
•you have to check out at dot 11 if you'll check out at 11:05 you'll be charged extra even if you informed beforehand that you are checking out
•their in house restaurant is very expensive, I'll recommend to dine out.
•no breakfast was provided even after booking it as "it was their hotel's policy and what bullshit"
And after all this they wanted us pay while checking in and after checking in "tum jaano tumhara jaane kaam" i think this was their policy.
Worst experience ever.
I don't know how people are rating it so perfectly.

Worst I would stay spending here.
Pros:

Nothing was well cleaned and hygiened.

Cons:

It was threating to call us again & again.
Also, they don't tell you what is chargeable and what is not.
Towels were like very old.
Washroom was even dirty.
No fan in the room only AC.
What if you're not an AC person.
There is no bath Tub in the room and it was mentioned that at the time of booking room with bathtub.
So many other things which is very bad for this property.

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at Grace inn. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was also great, and there were no hassles with timing, which made the experience even smoother.

A special shoutout to Prachi, who was extremely polite, sweet, and welcoming. She made the check-in and check-out process seamless and ensured everything was hassle-free. Her warm hospitality truly enhanced the stay.

Would definitely recommend Grace Inn and would love to visit again
