The Top in Niterói
Pros:

Die Lage in einem Naturreservat mit einem unglaublichen Blick über die Bucht von Rio ist einmalig. Die Anlage wurde bereits zweimal als Ausstellungsfläche für die Architekturausstellung Casa Design genutzt und dies erklärt warum alle neun Zimmer so unterschiedlich und stilvoll, mit soviel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet sind. Das alles wird noch vom Charme der Betreiberfamilie: Eleani und Carlos mit ihre Kindern übertroffen. Die perfekten Gastgeber, kulturell gebildet, in der Designscene zuhause, die sich ausgezeichnet auskennen, immer erreichbar sind(WhatsApp) und auf Wunsch alles organisieren. Man kommt als Gast und geht als Freund.
Ich bin dort Silvester eingetroffen und war dank der Familie noch vor Mitternacht ein Teil einer internationalen ‚Familie‘ und durfte einen wunderschönen Jahreswechsel erleben.

Ausgezeichnet für Alleinreisende, aber auch für Freunde die sich mit Freunden treffen wollen und ein Muss für Architektur/Innenarchitektur-Interessierte.

O que mais gostei foram os funcionários! Muito gentis, educados, deram varias dicas legais, adaptarm o horário do café da manha por causa dos nossos compromissos!

Cons:

No booking aparece como hotel 5 estrelas, mas nao parece um hotel 5 estrelas. Mas mesmo assim é um ótimo hotel. Funcionários excepcionais

Pros:

O café da manhã foi excelente e a equipe, a mais atenciosa possível.
Precisei que o café da manhã fosse servido bem mais cedo do que o previsto. Fiz o pedido e fui muito gentilmente atendido.
O meu quarto possibilitava uma vista belíssima da Baía de Guanabara.

Amazing staff, location, and food
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful, the view and overall location is exceptional, the breakfast was excellent. The rooms are very nice and newly renovated and bespoke, and the pool upstairs is awesome. (And there are several gyms, supermarkets, and tons of restaurants nearby as well).

Leider hatte es Ungeziefer und aus der Wand kam Wasser. Leider ist das Hotel in keinem guten Zustand und die Bilder sehen besser aus als die Realität.

Que lugar magnífico! Um ambiente acolhedor, lindo, aconchegante. Passei o final de semana com o meu marido e foi tudo perfeito. Atendimento impecável, todos fazem de tudo para a estadia ser perfeita. Agradecemos imensamente a Aline, Jaqueline, Carlos e Elaine. A decoração do hotel é impecável, cada cantinho é uma linda paisagem. Voltaremos com certeza!! Nada que eu escreva aqui será o suficiente para relatar nossa experiência. Amamos todo o cuidado que tiveram conosco desde o momento da nossa chegada até a partida. Tudo incrível!!

O hotel é um verdadeiro Hotel Boutique. Com acomodação super confortáveis, o hotel conta com a vista mais bonita que você encontrará em Niterói. É a vista do Parque da Cidade dentro de um espaço exclusivo e aconchegante. O serviço é impecável. O café da manhã é uma experiência a parte. É um exagero em variedade, sabor e cuidado. São tantas opções que o hóspede fica até impactado. Além disso, o atendimento é algo diferenciado. Você é tratado com pessoalidade e carinho. Eles não sabem mais o que fazer pra agradar! Equipe simpática, atenta e generosa. Minha experiencia foi incrível!
Reservei o hotel para um dia especial na minha vida: Meu dia e noiva e noite de núpcias. Afirmo que não tem opção melhor em Niterói. O hotel é lindo! Tem muitas possibilidades para fotografar. A vista do horizonte, os quartos lindos, a sala de vinhos (linda, clássica e elegante), o jardim do spa. Fiquei 100% encantada.
