Pros:

Clean place, very decent neighborhood, small but very cozy. Great view of Cebu city.

Lift is quite busy on rush hours. So it is better to make plans and avoid unnecessary use of lifts.

we like that we can cook, and it's close to SM CITY Cebu mall, perfect location.

Cons:

We didn't really mind washing up some cooking utensils, a bit of a grease on pan and ladles, but it's okay, it's not a drama for us, we usually wash them first before using.

Best hotel experience in Cebu

The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. Everything you need is right here! Amazing place ❤️
Pros:

Location is amazing, close to North bus terminal for airport bus or transport north, easy access to local transport to Cebu city & south bus terminal. SM mall right across the street, quick ride to pier terminal. Access code means you never have to worry about losing the key. Room is spacious & modern. Facilities are perfect. Good wifi. My favourite place to stay in Cebu ❤️

Pros:

The property is situated at the heart of Cebu making it convenient and close to visit different parts of Cebu if you are visiting. It is right across from SM Mall which is a big plus and short distance to Ayala Center.
Besides it’s location, the property was clean and accommodating for a young family of 5. There was a sofa bed, TV with Netflix, strong AC, and great wifi. For what you are paying for considering it’s a condo unit not a hotel, you are receiving the most value.
I recommend this property for single travelers, couples, and families if you don’t mind not having what a hotel offers. It is a very comfortable stay! Coffee shop and laundry service next to the lobby.

Honestly, a little slice of home when you're far away from home!
Pros:

Without a shadow of a doubt, the owners of the property went above and beyond showing flexibility and immediacy to help with every request made this place so welcoming and comfortable! The Room was just the right size for myself and had all the amenities I required which made it cozy and comfortable not to mention the location being across the street from the shopping centre which made it the perfect hub.

Cons:

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. This property had everything I needed and more, I would say the only slight inconvenience was the elevator taking a very long time but this had nothing to do with the unit itself and therefore not really the owners blame. AGAIN AMAZING OWNERS!!!!!!!!
