Place is a dump
No Breakfast here. Rooms were neat, clean and simple, Large comfortable bed. Hot shower. Microwave and small fridge.
No toilet paper dispenser/ hanger.
Air conditioner did not work properly. Stuck in fan mode and would not cool but did keep room comfortable.
Need to switch the beds, mine as well sleep on rocks

The towels too hard and the covers of the bed
Loved that the new ownership was accommodating and professional. The bathroom had recently been renovated in my room and it was done fairly well! The housekeepers were also very pleasant. Smart TV gave me the opportunity to leverage my own streaming accounts. In room refrigerator & microwave. No bed bugs... I always check even at 5 Stars....
New ownership is already making investments to improve the property!
Room was a bit grungy, like people touched the walls with dirty hands all the time. Entry to the property is difficult to maneuver if someone is parked at the office to check in, so dedicating the second access point as an entry / exit and creating a full one way around the building and check-in lot would be safer on that busy corner. No coffee. Sink drain was clogged (very slow drain actually).

It smelled of smoke even though it was listed as non smoking. It was dirty, staff was rude, disgusting overall

There was a diner across the street
That the construction workers were making a lot of noise everyday. It was horrible and then they put a dumpster in front of my room and dump stuff in it and made noise all day. And the window didn't lock and then they put a new window in and the new windows don't lock anybody could come in my room and rob me
It had hot water
As sitting outside in car trying to pull up my reservation hotel manager came outside said we can’t sit in the car on the property have to come in the office or leave he was very rude. Holes in walls no fitted sheet on bed was woken up to banging n drilling 7:30am as they work on the room next to me pillows was flat as hell my pancakes are fluffier they was small only 2 pillows for 2 ppl the heat blew out cold bed was not comfortable
