Great room and beddings, breakfast is nice as well. Though the location is little away from city side, it’s comfortable to reach all local attractions. Overall we are super happy with the property and our stay.
Two bedroom could have an additional washbasin, mirror and small sofa in the room

Property is really good, feel like home. Group also guide us with recommendations for places to see , helped us with transportation to view places around.
Decent service, Umar was very good and kind, Home cooked food. Don't book hotel in Gulmarg instead book this hotel and go for day visit in Gulmarg to do Gondola and Drung water fall visit.

Omar's house is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable, it felt like my own family environment at home. I was so cozy in my bedroom that I really got to rest and the view of the mountains out on my balcony were so serene. I will definitely stay here again and again while I visit friends in Kashmir. The home cooked meals were so yum and being amongst Omar and Sabiyah having great conversations was so lovely. Suhail was so sweet too, he was available to me anytime I called for whatever I needed, and he would check in on me if I was hungry or wanted tea. Such great hospitality.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Home and it exceeded my expectations. The moment we entered we were impressed by the interiors of the property. The property was not less than a 4 star hotel.
The warmth we received by the host felt like family.

Friendly & responsible owner and staff. The room clean and comfortable. The homemade food made it feel like staying at your own home. The owner also entertained us with a nice conversation that made us feel like staying with family.
The first night when we arrived there was electricity problem, then Omar sent us to his neighbor’s homestay which were a standard room in a new homestay with basic facilities, but the owner Mr. Bilal was a very good host, he entertained and check all his guests all the time. He also prepared food himself and it was so good foods.
The electricity problem and the location were in a small way, not so close to the main road where you can find stuff easily.

The location was good. Close to Dal lake, yet quiet. The personal touch and home cooked food was delicious .KCI is very close and good for shopping.
