Cons:

Location, reception staff were incompetent. First Mr Ranbir said Breakfast not included upon checking I kept quiet then showed him booking information then he didn’t apologise and said ohh okay included. What the hell, staffs were over occupied, no one is there to assist us with our luggage to room, no breakfast timings and where located introduced, I requested twin bed non smoking and he goes only available in smoking. If you refer to chat hotel staff confirmed that hotel is non smoking property which is also lie.
