1. Situated in the heart of Bouddha
2. Clean and well decorated rooms and curtains
3. Specific Restaurant and Cafe privilege
4. All the stuffs prettily managed

Cons:

I would suggest the hotel to improve parking facility. Rest of all are upto the highest standard.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

Located right behind the Boudhanath Stupa - this hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The hotel is affordable, very clean, and provides really good facilities - including a very nice Nepali/Continental complimentary breakfast. Staffs were polite and nice. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Overall it was a pleasant stay at Pata Inn! Highly recommended!

Value for money
Pros:

Location is good and the price includes buffet breakfast, so very value for money. The room is considered big. Room and toilet are all clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The service of the front desk can be better. They are not rude but definitely not the usual warm and friendliness of most Nepalese. Also, when we told them the TV in the room is not working, you can see they put in very little to rectify your problem.
