Pros:

Super freundlicher Empfang!
Die Ausstattung ist großzügig und sehr gemütlich! Schönes Kamin- und TV-Zimmer.
Ein Regal und Kühlschränke am Eingang zur Selbstbedienung mit EC-Terminal. Ein Kaffeeautomat mit Kaffee for free.
Alles sehr sauber! Gute Lage!

Tolle Wohnung, wenn alles nutzbar gewesen wäre.

Ein Frühstück gab es nicht, wäre jedoch super gewesen.

Cons:

In dem Appartment sprang ständig der FI Schalter heraus. Es gab Licht nur im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Die Steckdosen waren nicht nutzbar, also kein Föhn etc. Als wir um Mitternacht von einer Feier zurückkehrten, stand ein Heimbewohnerin mit einer bekannten Person vor der Eingangstür. Sie kamen nicht ins Haus hinein. Auch wir hatten Probleme, da wir nicht wussten, wo der Chip vorgehalten werden sollte. Darauf hatte man uns nicht hingewiesen. Erst nach einige Zeit entdeckten wir die Stele, vor der Chip vorgehalten werden konnte. Diese wurde von uns zunächst nicht erkannt, da diese von einer Fahne verdeckt wurde. Am Ende ging alles gut aus. Insoweit sollte jedoch Abhilfe geschaffen werden.

Sehr gut!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert! Die Lage und das Personal sind sehr freundlich, Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Fenster ließ sich nur kippen, so dass gerade wegen des innenliegenden Schlafbereichs mehr Frischluft wünschenswert gewesen wäre.

Leider ist die Tresorbox zum Einchecken nach den Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption bei Dunkelheit nicht beleuchtet, so dass ein Bewegungsmelder sehr sinnvoll wäre!

Pas de climatisation en période de canicule aucune disposition mise ne place

la propreté de l'hebergement, le calme

Cons:

chambre extrêmement chaude en raison de la canicule sans climatisation sans ventilateur à disposition, nous n'avons pas pu dormir à cause de la chaleur

Das sehr freundliche Personal und die großzügigen Räume (Loft)

Cons:

Die Belüftung bei heißer Temperatur fällt mit nur einem Fenster schwer. Allerdings waren die Temperaturen während unseres Aufenthaltes um die 30 Grad.

Absolut zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage der Senioren-Residenz ist absolut top. Kurze Wege in die Innenstadt und zum rock`n`popmuseum. Die Damen in der Lobby sind sehr freundlich. Das von mir gebuchte Apartment war komplett ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist groß und man hat reichlich Platz zum Duschen. Für ein paar Tage Entspannung in gemütlicher Atmosphäre absolut zu empfehlen.
