По меркам Шри-Ланки - отель хо-ро-ший. Но дороговат за номера практически без удобств, окон и тд. Персонал максимально приветливый, помогает с чем может. Хорошие завтраки.

Cons:

Цена, номера с практически закрытыми окнами, отсутствие телевизора и каких либо удобств (фен, наборы гигиены, переходники для зарядок)

Il ragazzo alla reception gentilissimo.

Cons:

L’unico hotel in 20 giorni in Sri Lanka che mi ha fatto pagare l’early check-in quando la camera era libera e già pronta. Per due ore di anticipo. Inoltre per quel che si paga le zone comuni erano parecchio trascurate nella pulizia, così come la camera.

Nice and clean rooms in good location for Kabalana Beach
Pros:

We had a great stay at Teya. The whole team is really nice and helpful. The food in their own restaurant was also really good. The room was clean and the pool is also enjoyable.
It’s located just a short walking distance from Kabalana beach. For visiting the town center it’s easier to take a tuk tuk but you could also walk.
We enjoyed our stay and can only recommend.

Homely, friendly and comfortable
Pros:

I really liked it here, Shanker and the team made me feel really at home, we chatted every day and played volleyball, it was really nice and even now I'm at another place (booked before I came), I still go back and visit just to say hello!

The breakfast was great, the pool is really nice, and the rooms were clean, beds perfectly comfortable.

I saw some people complain about the road noise, but they should have looked at the map. It is fairly close to the main road, but not on the main road like most places, and at night I found it was fine and I'm a sensitive sleeper. It's perfect walking distance to Kabalana Beach which is great for surfing and has all the surf schools/rentals etc.

Ahanghama is quite noisy everywhere along the main beach front road, I think Teya was a good balance between good location for walking to surf, and not being right on the main road. But if you want complete quiet, you need to go way away from the main road

I'd definitely stay again, definitely recccomend :)
