Pros:

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The property does not look like the pictures shown online. The room we stayed in was not clean—there were even ants inside the water flask, so please be cautious before using any of the amenities.

Due to a 10-hour flight delay, we arrived at the hotel around 3 AM, exhausted. To our surprise, the receptionist was asleep when we arrived. We had to wake him up, and he processed our booking half-asleep. I went to withdraw cash for the payment, and by the time I returned, he had gone back to sleep.

There was no assistance provided with our luggage—neither during check-in nor at check-out.

Overall, the service and cleanliness were far below expectations. I would not recommend this place based on our experience.

Amazing location and interesting room style, but not the neatest.
Pros:

Couldn't ask for a better location - surrounded by cafes, museums, restaurants, markets, and nightlife.
Interesting rococo-styled room.
Huge bed.
Good air-conditioner.
Nice bathroom.
They supplied water, noodles, coffee, and shower/bathroom extras like toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, etc.
Friendly and welcoming staff.
Easy check-in and check-out.

Cons:

Smells and looks a bit moldy.
No windows.
You need to call room service to boil water for you - no kettle in room.
The bed headboard was loose.
Lack of care for detail: unpainted wire covers, paint on the mirror frame, worn-out piece of paper and tape on the fridge, tape over shower wall cracks, etc.
The room is such an interesting style, ruined by a 1m x 1.5m kid's cartoon shower sticker on the shower wall for privacy.

Very cheap hotel you only get what you pay for. Staff were very friendly. Budget hotel
Pros:

Location was very good. I didn’t eat breakfast there. Staff very friendly and helpful did their best to please customers

Cons:

No kettle in room had to ask for hot water which was delivered to my room in a thermos flask. Coffee and tea was provided but no spoons to stir the coffee or tea. Coffee cups were way too small . Paid by credit card no google pay given a paper receipt very old fashioned.

We were tired after a transfer from Mui Ne and had early flight next morning. The expectation to have some sleep didn’t

The location is perfect as all shopping malls and city sights are available on feet.
The room rate is not high.

Cons:

Night club is just opposite the hotel. Loud music is beating when you try to go to sleep. Special sound insulation is not considered for windows to protect visitors from street noise.
Cleaning is not perfect. Pillows smell with some oily stuff.
