Мы бронировали проживание в отеле с 25 июля (заезд) по 28 июля (выезд до 12:00). Однако при фактическом прибытии 26 июля в 08:00 утра, нас ожидал крайне неприятный опыт.
Сначала нам предоставили номер, в котором уже проживали другие гости. После почти часа разбирательств нам выдали другой номер, но только с двумя кроватями, хотя при бронировании было указано размещение на троих.
Дополнительную кровать отказывались предоставлять, игнорируя наши устные просьбы и усталость после ночного перелёта. Ситуация не решалась, несмотря на то, что оплата за все дни уже взяли с нас .
Мы просили либо предоставить обещанный номер, либо вернуть деньги за одну ночь, но нас просто игнорировали. В результате лишь после долгих уговоров нам поставили дополнительную кровать и предложили компенсацию всего $25, что совершенно не покрывает неудобства.
Отдельно хочется отметить крайне невежливый персонал на ресепшене и низкий уровень сервиса — даже базовые принадлежности приходилось выпрашивать.
Очень разочарованы этим отелем. Опыт пребывания — ужасный. Просим рассмотреть ситуацию и помочь с компенсацией.

Ресторан в отеле замечательный. Очень-очень вкусно!!!!

Cons:

Девушка на ресепшене не хотела говорить по-русски и вела себя очень холодно. Весь остальной персонал очень хорошо говорит и очень приветливый!!!!
