Great value and hotel for the stay.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and the location was great. While it wasn’t in city center, it was about a 15 min walk. The breakfast was a great value and the staff was lovely.

Cons:

There’s no air conditioning in the rooms.

Le camere sono bellissime, moderne, spaziose. Il letto comodissimo e grande. Bagno e doccia super.

Cons:

La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata in quanto non vi era molta scelta, rispetto al altri hotel dello stesso target. Le marmellata sono confenzionate, non ci sono frutta secca o semi dispnibili, anche sui dolci poca scelta.

Kein akzeptables Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Zimmer schön gestaltet. Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Parkplatz war praktisch. Personal freundlich

Uns war nicht bewusst dass das Gebäude ursprünglich Mal ein Budget Hotel war. Es wirkt als habe man nur so renoviert, dass man 4 Sterne erreichen kann. Aufzüge und Flur wirken wie in einem Budherhotel. Sehr ansprechende Lobby und Zimmer an sich auch schön aber für den Preis von über 250€ für ein Zweibettzimmer erwartet man deutlich mehr. Preis Leistung war dies unsere schlechteste Erfahrung in ganz Irland. Aus meiner Sicht grenzt es fast schon an Abzocke. Bein auschecken haben wir auch Mitarbeiter darauf hingewiesen, dass wir das Zimmer für 160 oder auch 180€ noch passend gefunden hätten aber nicht für über 250€ . Selbst das Personal sagte, dass sie die Preispolitik nicht verstehen, da die Zimmer an vielen Tagen sogar unter 150€ kosten. Mir scheint es, dass man hier das Minimum erfüllt da Touristen meist eh nur kurz da sind. Man versprach uns das ganze an die Leitung weiterzugeben, ein finanzielles entgegenkommen wäre aus meiner Sicht angebracht gewesen. Neben der nur grundlegenden Ausstattung waren im Bad mehrere Haare in der Dusche zu finden (ich gehe davon aus, dass Hotel hätte nachgebessert, aber wenn man bereits dabei ist in die Dusche zu steigen, will man dann auch nicht mehr den großen Aufwand machen). Die Betten waren in Ordnung wobei unser Zweibettzimmer nicht den Fotos entsprach und unserer Meinung nach ein Doppelzimmer war. Man sagte uns an der Rezeption aber dass kein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung steht und wir haben dann die Betten etwas auseinandergerückt. Es gab auch kein gratis Wasser oder co auf dem Zimmer, was man in dieser Preisklasse erwarten würde. Die Lüftung im Bad ließ sich nicht regulieren auch nicht Stunden nachdem das duschen vorbei war, nach Anruf bei der Rezeption, da es uns zu laut zum schlafen war, hat man sie irgendwie manuell ausgeschaltet. Zumindest ging sie dann auch gar nicht mehr für den Rest des Aufenthalts.
