Pros:

Location was good, staff were nice.

Cons:

The first night radiator pipe was making regular banging noise slept very little. I seen there was little wooden block between pipe and wall moved it a little and nice stopped next two nights slept well.
The food menu was expensive especially for people staying in hotel i ddint see many offers or meal deals available like would in other hotels like main and starter for 20 or 25 euro for example.

Staff on check in were very kind and friendly! Hotel was very clean and modern & double room was very big! Bathroom and shower were lovely too and spacious

Top class service
Pros:

We could not fault one thing about our stay. We stayed with our newborn and as first time parents with a small baby, the staff were amazing. From sterilising bottles for us, to making sure we were seated comfortably for breakfast in a quiet area as baby was asleep. We will definitely return on our next visit to Kilkenny.

Beautiful hotel, little outside kilkenny which was perfect for us. Quiet and clean. Reception staff were so nice and welcoming. Would stay here again
