Loved it! Lovely staff and a great local area
Pros:

Loved the local area location. The staff are so lovely and very helpful. Helped us with train bookings to and from Hue and other very useful information. If you stay more than 3 nights you are offered free transport from the airport. The breakfast in your room is so good.

Very good service, beautiful place
Pros:

Helpful and friendly people, delicious breakfast served in our room or their terrace, very quite place, yet walking distance and close to many attractions. The room is big and cosy.
They offered us 2 pieces of cake just because they forgot our pick up, a driver arrived only 10 min late after we notified them but they kept apologising. Making mistakes is human but the way you handle them makes a huge difference

The Family Suite was spacious and very comfortable, with a beautiful balcony and view. Location was fabulous! Away from the crowds, Cani Beach House is perfect, across the road from the beach.

Very peaceful and chill place. The Hotel staff were very kind, thoughtful and accommodating! The Hotel even surprised my wife with a cake to celebrate her birthday! Awesome!
