Unhappy that I booked a deluxe double room and was taken to a room with one bed squeezed between two walls and two duvets on it. No explanation or reimbursement given.

Pros:

The hotel was class!! Perfect location, so close to everything! The food and cocktails available at the restaurant were top of the pops!!!, and that’s not mentioning the beautiful pool for chilling out in on hot afternoons!, but most of all, the staff here are wonderful!!!! I got to mention Mr.Esak waiter/host, what a guy!!, also Ms. Srey Ptch along with Chai Ya, Vi Sa, Ya Da and all the staff here who made my holiday in beautiful Siem Reap!!! Can’t wait to come back Guys!!! 🌝🤚❤️🥰🙏

Pros:

The hotel was great nice location near pub street only 4minutes walked to pub street. Good place to relax after visited temples or any others places. Breakfast was good and cheap. the pool was amazing great place to enjoy beautiful moment with peaceful.

Pros:

Great stayed for couple of nights at this hotel. Gorgeous hotel with oriental decoration and Asian style of service.
Bed is very comfortable, that is very important after long flight. Great location. the luandry service is available at the hotel it is only 3 dollars per kilo, lovely staff they are friendly and helpful.

Except for the staff, breakfast, and location, the place is almost a shit hole!!!!!
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, except for the coffee. Great location.

Cons:

No elevator, no TV, no phone, no hot water for the sink, no ventilation in the toilet, no light above the sink/mirror, window opens to next door balcony (could hear neighbors farting), and the rooms were not painted (nail holes, spackle stains, old paint splashes, etc).

So many better options around

We walked out and demanded a full refund before anything likeable came along the way.

Cons:

No clue how anyone in their right mind can give a good rating for this hotel. We saw the room (deluxe double) and turned around. Among other things, the window and balcony door could not be closed entirely, leaving a big gap for street noise and hungry mosquitoes to come in and feast. In the first room, at least a dozen of dead mosquitoes was spread out on the floor. The staff showed us a few more rooms - all with the charming window/door gap. After some insisting, we were granted a full refund of the pre-paid stay and left for one of the better (and cheaper) options nearby.

Good Value! Good Hotel!
Pros:

Great hotel with good services, I booked deluxe twin room and I contacted directly to the front desk, I asked for the pick up service, I provided them pick up time and the name of the bus station, they free pick up service from bus station the tuk tuk was friendly and talked with me a lot about temples tours, I arrived the hotel the staff welcoming so friendly and smiled with welcome drink and cold towels. it was very short time to stay at this hotel but I felt as my home.
