Mirada Del Monte offers two-way transfer to/from Kayseri Airport for guests staying minimum 3 nights in December, January, February and March. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property at least 3 days in advance if you wish to make use of this service.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Оазис спокойствия и комфорта среди гор
Pros:

Отель превзошёл наши ожидания! Возможно, потому, что бесплатно переселили в соседнюю Мираду Дель Лаго. Ужин у горящего очага, мы были в конце сезона, гостей в отеле мало, вместо шведского стола была подача. Но все, начиная с супа и заканчивая 2 десертами с чаем. Сам отель очень комфортный, уютный, везде приглушенный свет и музыка фоновая. Атмосфера волшебная. Внизу работает прокат, выбрали вполне годный инвентарь. Сдать или поменять можно на площади у ворот Текира на втором пункте. Персонал говорит на английском, в прокате паренёк даже на русском. Есть трансфер до горы, но очень близко, один день катались до конца, не успели на трансфер, дошли за 10 минут, не больше 600 м.

Cons:

Комната небольшая, дверь открывается неудобно. Но это такие мелочи по сравнению с теми положительными эмоциями, которые принесло пребывание в отеле. Ну и сами склоны конечно просто чудесные!

Отели сети MONTE заслуживают внимания.
Pros:

Отель пользуется популярностью. Мы приезжали в начале января 2026 г в и решили приехать еще раз в марте - покататься на лыжах. Я забронировала этот отель на Booking, как всегда и оплатила. На следующий день пришло сообщение, что нам предоставлен номер в соседнем отеле сети MONTE - Miranda Del Lago 5 звезд без доплат. Как я поняла, отель был забронирован полностью. Но зато я смогда сравнить два отеля и ставлю обоим оценку "5".
Приедем в следующий сезон обязательно.

Kahvaltı iyiydi, konum piste yakın ama yine de ekipmanınız var ise servis kullanmak gerekiyor. Servisi sık sık var, sorun olmuyor.

Pros:

Нам очень понравился отель. Цена-качество идеальное. Комнаты просторные, соседей не слышали. Единственный минус -шум машин с дороги, тк наши окна выходили на дорогу, а спать мы любим в прохладе, поэтому открывали окна. Шума не будет в номерах с окнами на противоположную сторону. А из наших окон мы любовались на Эрджиес. Кровати немного жёстковаты для нас ( возраст) , но мы с собой возим пуховые подушки и топер . Есть парковка для машин перед отелем. До подъемника ходит шатл каждые 15 минут. У нас был завтрак и ужин. Готовят отлично, ассортимент главных блюд меняется каждый день. Хорошее обслуживание. На ужине предлагают вино и пиво. В лобби есть бар с хорошим ассортиментом вина и коктейлей. Много вин из Каппадокии из автохонных сортов винограда, рекомендую попробовать. Кстати, винодельня местная Turasan , единственная в Турции, делает рислинг. В отель приезжают польские туристы.

Friendly staff, easy to reach gates
Pros:

Friendly staff, nice breakfast and dinner. A ring shuttle takes you Develi and Tekir gates. I waited max 2 mins.

Cons:

Ski equipment rent is quite expensive. I recommend you to rent ski equipment at Tekir gate. Also building is little old.

Disappointing
Pros:

We stayed at Mirada del Lago since Mirada del Monte was already closed.
Food was good, location is excellent.

Cons:

We as a family were squeezed into a tiny room, while solo traveling friends both got the larger apartment with two rooms
The mattress was terrible with a significant 'hole' in the middle, which resulted in back pain after two nights. It should have been replaced a long time ago and certainly not worth a five star hotel.

Best choice if you don't want to spend 300-400 EUR per night in Erciyes
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner were decent. Especially dinner offers many options even for vegatarian people. We really liked that.
Staff was extraordinarily friendly, kind and helpful.
If you don't want to spend 300-400 EUR / night for Erciyes, this hotel would be the best choice.

Cons:

Rentals (for snowboarding) was very old and in very bad conditions. Besides quantity and choices were limited. I had to change my snowboard 3 times because of different problems (binding problems, bad surface etc..). I would not recomment to rent your equipments (for snowboarding) in the hotel. In Tekir gate there are many rental companies which are offering much higher quality.
I think beer was overpriced (8 EUR like Denmark !!) for 3 stars hotel.

Amazing dinner !!
Pros:

Very close to the ski slopes !! Staffs were friendly and the dinner service was incredible !! Honestly best hotel food we’ve had

Cons:

Wifi does NOT work in the rooms, we asked to change to the ground floor hoping there will be wifi in the rooms but no either. The heater was far too hot and we had to ask someone to turn the heater down manually. Hair dryer wasn’t working had to ask for one too . But thankfully they were all very nice to us . It’s just an old property that needs upkeep
