The experience was good, just did not start well, as they forgot to fetch me at the airport, but they gave me my money back, which was very good from them, breakfast has less options, but the room was very good

The overall experience was perfect as a starting point for our tour.
I didn't like having an air tag unclipped and removed from my luggage, at the time stored either in my room or in reception, and taken. Not a high value item but also the smartest thing to lift from someone's belongings as I can see exactly where it is as I'm typing this 4 weeks later. What I do find disappointing is that after repeated emails to at the hotel I have been completely ignored.
Had this been a more valuable item that was removed from my personal belongings my trip could have been soured from the very start.
The entire stay of 5 nights was very positive and I enjoyed my stay at Chez Lando very much. The facility is very private and quiet though it is located closely to a number of stores, shops, eateries and is in close proximity to the airport without air traffic noise. The landscaping provides a privacy and beauty which is admirable. The staff maintains the buildings and exterior of the property exceptionally well. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful in every way. The restaurant on the property serves very delicious food at a reasonable price. My Rwandan friend recommended Chez Lando to me and I'm glad I took his advice. When I come back to Kigali, I will definitely book my stay at Chez Lando.
The only criticism I would have is that when I came back the second time the night before I flew back to London, I stayed in a room where the shower and bathtub needed to be redone and regrouted. It had an old and mildew appearance in the grout between the tiles. The tub, sink ,floor, and toilet were clean and without issue.
The Ambiance was good.i loved it so much and the food was good and delicious 😋😋😋😋 Your fruits especially the pineapples I loved it.
