Easy parking at this smashing hotel, bar and restaurant. There are lovely views from most rooms. Breakfast is great and remains as good as it has been for the last 15 years. The young receptionist was an absolute gem, let us pray that she continues in hospitality as she will be sorely missed.

We have stayed here a few times now and the improvements and extension to the bar area is lovely. Upgraded rooms also are great. Breakfast is ok but could do with more fruit and pastries. Evening meal was great, especially as it was so busy. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Have booked again for next year

The property in general was well appointed including the bedroom. The dining room was cramped but the food was good, though my steak was not rare as asked for.

The room was quiet though didn't look out over the estuary.

This was a break away for myself and girlfriend and having a broad knowledge of hotels and hospitality,I can honestly say the staff from reception,bar and restaurant were all of a high standard, friendly and approachable,will definitely return

Another amazing trip down to Gwbert. Upgrades on the hotel are fabulous! Great clean family room with bottles of water in the fridge, my only slight quibble was the temperature in the room.... it was very warm, and although a fan is provided I still found it uncomfortable

What a great hotel! Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful.

The family room (for me, my husband and my two uni-aged kids) was spacious and spotless. The bathroom gleaming clean. The mattresses were very comfortable, soft and hard pillows provided, beautifully laundered bed linen too.

Little details -- like the hairdryer attached to the mirror, and a standing fan (which we had to use as it was a hot night), and a fridge -- showed that the management are really thinking about the customer's needs, and trying to provide a service like more established hotel chains.

The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, a huge full English with perfect poached eggs, kippers for my pescatarian kids, served by conscientious restaurant staff. There is a gorgeous view of the sea from the restaurant terrace.

I asked at the the bar in the evening if we could have some plates to take up to our room because we had a birthday cake for my daughter. The lady working there was so thoughtful, she gave us forks and napkins too -- just a simple thing but it's those little acts of customer care that make a hotel experience perfect.

We were here only for one night, but we will definitely return for longer at some point -- we all loved this hotel.

Booked a family room and wasn't disappointed a double with two singles with plenty of space, this hotel is brilliant staff where excellent & the cleaners deserve a mention the hotel is kept spotless.we had a brilliant four nights great family walks outside the hotel which includes seal & dolphin watching.
Defiantly stay again in the future.

We have visited the Gwbert Hotel for a number of times in the past years. Always loved the place with good service and excellent views. We loved the revamp that just been done looking very nice and being very comfortable.

Stayed for 2 nights while attending a wedding. Lovely hotel. Clean, modern. Friendly staff. Wonderful views. Fabulous food, evening & for breakfast. Hot & fresh. Reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again.
