Staff were rude and smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. There was no water in the hotel until 6.25 pm on the day we arrived, staff were really unhelpful and provided an unclean room for us to shower in after which we had to walk through the hotel in our towel back to our room. They said they would compensate us and then we were told there was no manager in the hotel all weekend so email when we got home!

Hotel war Sauber, Frühstück sehr lecker, die Reaktion auf ein Problem mit der Dusche war unterirdisch

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ansprechend und es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Zudem gab es jeden Tag wechselnde Angebote wie Quiche oder Mandelkuchen zur Auswahl

Cons:

Die Dusche war verstopft. Direkt bei der ersten Benutzung der Dusche ist das Badezimmer vollkommen nass gewesen, sodass ich um Nachgang das ganze Badezimmer wischen musste..
Ich meldete dies umgehend an der Rezeption.
Nur wurde gesagt, dass es ihnen leid täte und dass ein Techniker sich darum kümmern würde. Da es Sonntag war würde dies erst am Folgetag passieren.
Als ich später zurück ins Zimmer kam, hatte man mir 5 Badetücher im Bad deponiert.
Damit könne ich das Bad auslegen, bei der Benutzung der Dusche.
Montags keine Änderung, niemand kam. Auf erneutes Fragen, reagierte die Dame erstaunt und notierte es sich erneut.
Dienstags dann, einen Tag vor der Abreise erkundigte ich mich morgens erneut und erklärte der Dame, dass mein Kurzurlaub nicht dafür gedacht war, jeden Tag Badezimmer zu putzen..
Nach Rückkehr in mein Zimmer war eine Gummilippe mit Malerkrepp in den Einstieg der Dusche geklebt worden.. Nunja für den einen verbleibend Tag lief nichts mehr aus der Dusche, der Abfluss lief trotzdem nicht besser ab.
