internet was slow. spa is under renovation - no info on the listing. we had to ask for maintenance 3 times. the floor was not clean.

The wifi was hit and miss. Different areas Different wifi, even same room Different each day.
I had to complain after 3 days the room was not cleaned. It was dirty and not looked after in any way, stains everywhere. When they did clean, only linen and towels changed. Cups not washed, no vacuuming.
The restaurant was to be open, but after breakfast it was always closed.
American Breakfast was a joke. Mainly lettuce with sauce. Poor quality overall.

The staff were courteous and helpful. Value for money. My room smelled musty and reeked of cigarette smoke when I arrived though.
