Pros:

The bungalows were nice and clean. They had a nice backyard with a view to the Black sea with BBQ's and fire pits. They also welcomed us with our dog.

Cons:

We spent the Christmas Eve on candles and with limited heating because the power grid went out several times and they even moved us to a different bungalow, because after the blackout they were unable to restore the electricity. And it happened when we were the only guests, if the other bungalows had been occupied we probably would have been without electricity for the whole stay. We couldn't take a shower because the water was ice cold and the rooms were very cold. Obviously the place is only suittable for a summer stay when there is low electricity consumption and the power grid does not get overloaded.
The kitchen had all sorts of plates, cups, glasses, silverware but only a stove is available and no oven. Might be OK for a couple of days tops but can't imagine what it would be like for a week.
