Pros:

Posizione centrale
Staff gentilissimo (ci hanno servito la colazione persino un po' prima dell'orario d'inizio perché dovevamo scappare verso l'aeroporto)
Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo
Stanza basica ma con tutto il necessario (a/c, phon, frigo, bollitore, asciugamani, sapone...)

I had multiple problems in the hotel.. thanks to the receptionist Khaled I had at the end a better permanence.
I hope they will fix the things in the hotel, cause I am sure you can offer more.

Pros:

Ideal situation next to Taksim Square. Lots of small cafes offering nice Turkish tea and meals. Khaleed at the reception was very helpful and friendly and made his upmost to help or to guide.
