Cute but comfortable hotel in great location
Pros:

Its quirky decor and industrial design was a huge draw. The lobby is inviting and the eating area/ bar is buzzing giving off a good vibe. The room was so spacious and comfortable with great toiletries and linens. The furnishings were comfortable yet unique and the bed was deliciously cosy. It’s easy to catch the light rail and get to museums or downtown

Cons:

It isn’t well soundproofed so once people are moving around the corridor and the room above you can hear it

Perfect spot for a short visit
Pros:

Great location to be able to access the trams and Phoenix Suns home games. We loved the theming of the rooms and the industrial touches throughout. It was an energizing and memorable last stop of our trip.

Enjoyed this place a lot. Staff was great in the restaurant and bar. Food very good.

Liked the hotel location and atmosphere, but not a room overlooking your garbage area.
Pros:

I have to say that your staff were not the most friendly. There was not a wonderful hello how are you what can I do for you except for one staff member in the cafe, a person with short platinum blonde hair- thank you to them!

Cons:

I was in room 200 overlooking a garbage area. Really you couldn't figure out how to use that room for something else? I also told someone a light was out and broken and nothing was fixed. I left notes on the desk about things and your staff removed it and did nothing with it as far as I can tell and they should NOT have touched it anyway, I was going to give it to the front desk.
