White Hart Hotel

Great stay and host was very friendly and helpful. Food was very good my only recommendation would be having a fan in the rooms as the room was incredibly hot and the building being grade 2 had original looking sash windows and were delicate so we didn’t dare open them. Overall a great stay and highly recommended

Booked late due to no properties in Skegness. Arrived to the door unable to open properly, the bin still had previous persons rubbish in including food, no tea/ coffee, no towels, the shower holder broke, shower not working properly. No toilet roll, no pressure in the water in the bathroom. Carpet in poor condition causing a trip hazard and looked like the bedding hadn’t been changed previously.

Overall not bad, staff were nice enough but the bed was a absolute killer, both of us have a bad back this morning

The member of staff was great. The room was tired and dates although effort made with one wall recently papered, newish carpet and the bed sheets clean.
this place is tired and dates and needs investment. The bathroom was horrible. Strong smell of bleech, no shower ( Batch with hose and no screen, no blind on bathroom window and bath directly in front. no hot water in morning. Woken up to pigeons that were above bed ( Not sure if in loft space or not)
Must sat the member of staff was very nice, this place needs investment.

I booked for two nights. I left after the first morning. could not see a member of staff downstairs so just left

There was no menu and evening food at all on the Sunday and a limited memu on the Saturday even though shown on the web site.

The White Hart was spotless, staff friendly & helpful. Great for stay for Cadwell Park event.

Lovely friendly staff, great food and environmental. Just needs updating rooms a little tired but I am sure the new management will do this over time.

In time the property will be stunning. At the moment it’s work in progress!
It’s clean and our bed was superb. Unfortunately no evening food and not many places to eat in Spilsby!
Staff were brilliant and couldn’t be more helpful & knowledge of the history of the hotel & Town, which was very interesting.

The staff were so accommodating. Food and breakfast were lovely. Bed was very comfortable. Room needs updating and only had a bath - which was good for me, but my husband prefers a shower. I know Dan and James only took over the hotel in May and they plan to update each room.

Under new management, after a period of neglect, the new team are doing their best to turn it around; they have made a good start and I’m sure that in time with their vision and hard work it will be a first class establishment.
Everyone on the team we spoke too was very friendly, and went out of their way to make our 1night stay as comfortable and trouble free as possible.
Breakfast, freshly cooked to order, at £10 was delicious and generous.
Good luck with the continued renovation, I’m sure it will be a great success.
