Mala elección por el precio pagado
Pros:

El barrio era tranquilo y estaba a 250m de la estación de metro y JR, para poder hacer cualquier movimiento dentro de Tokio, muy bien conectado, a 650m de akihabara y zona de restaurantes e Izakayas muy próxima. Silencioso y tranquilo

Cons:

Habitación pequeña, instalaciones reducidas a la menor expresión sin servicio de restauración, la recepción era casi tan pequeña como la habitación y el servicio de custodia reducido en tiempo respecto a otros hoteles del viaje, a las 1500 debías llevarte la maleta del hotel, no había posibilidad de extender con pago en mi caso hasta el vuelo que salia a las 2100, me supuso estar casi 5 horas en el aeropuerto, porque no merecía la pena buscar una consigna para ese par de horas que podría haber exprimido de tener la posibilidad de custodia de maletas en el hotel.

部屋が超狭い。フロントが不安
Pros:

清潔感があった。

Cons:

とにかく部屋が狭くて息苦しい。
フロントはチェックインのみ外国人のみの対応はよいが夜中は在勤はなく何かあれば携帯番号に連絡とのことで不安でした。
チェックアウトも無人で常に不安感がありました。

Stanza piccola con letto poco più grande di un letto singolo, molto stretto per due persone. Non servono colazione. Decisamente troppo caro per i servizi offerti, inoltre nonostante le stanze fossero pronte hanno chiesto un sovrapprezzo di 1000yen per check in un’ora prima delle 15

Way to overpriced for what it offers
Pros:

Goos location, close to metro, convenient stores are near by

Cons:

Smoking floor stinks like an ashtray, the whole floor.
Opened windows don't help.
I forgot my travel pillow in the hotel, tried to contact the hotel, but was completely ignored

Pros:

I stayed here for two nights coming from Osaka to fly home from Narita. This was an extremely convenient location to stay to access the skyliner (though Ueno is probably better). You're one stop from Tokyo station so the world is literally your oyster, walking distance to Akihabara (also a quick subway stop) for any souvenir shopping you want to do!

Cons:

Nothing! You get what you pay for and as long as you remember that, you won't be disappointed. It's not the Marriott but it'll do!

Pros:

Location of hotel is very good. You have 3min for Kanda station where you have yamamote line, most common line you needed; you have Chuuou Line, express to Nakano or Shinjuku; Keihin-Touhoku Line, if you want to go direct to Oufuna or Yokohama (only 45min) + Haneda connection for airplain; and also Ginza line for quick Asakusa or Shibuya. If you go a bit far you can get to Soubu Line(Rapid) and went express to Chiba. You can even walk to Tokyo station or Akihabara on your legs.
The staff are very understanding and have been a great help to me with my problems.

Cons:

I think only the rooms are a bit small for more than 1 person, but it's center of Tokyo, so It's hard to find large place to stay for money like this.
