It's fine for VERY short stays... but I wouldn't book this place again
Pros:

Conveniently located near major locations like Akihabara and Tokyo Station. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Kanda Station and is about 30 mins away from Shinjuku by train.

Cons:

1) The man who was working the reception desk when I first arrived was a bit too condescending for my liking — I felt like I had been called into the principal's office with the way he spoke "at" me, rather than "to" me. Luckily, every other staff member I interacted with was far more friendly and attitude-free.
2) No stationery in the room.
3) Can't open the window to let in some air.
4) The vending machine in the lobby only has alcohol and 2 cans of snacks.

Pros:

Posizione, vicino la metro, stanza pulita, riscaldamenti funzionanti bagno con vasca tutto funzionante

Cons:

Mi avevano chiesto che c’era possibilità di cambiare solo le asciugamani mettendo le sporche fuori, così facendo non sono state sostituite e sono rimasto senza. Risolto chiedendo alla reception un altro paio di asciugamani

とても良い
Pros:

部屋に電子レンジがあるのがすごく良かった国際フォーラムまで電車ですぐだし、フォーラムの目の前が駅ですごく良かった

Pros:

La ubicación.
La lado de la estación de Kanda y muy cerca de la de Tokyo.

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña.
Cuando llegamos para dejar la maleta no pudimos contactar con el recepcionista (había un teléfono para llamar, pero al tener contratado sólo datos era inviable).
Una toalla para 2 personas.

cheap with good location
Pros:

The hotel was in a convenient location, the price was cheap which is why I chose this place to stay just one night.
Unfortunately I did not realise I booked a smoking room, so that one night was very unpleasant. Opening the window helped a little bit.

I think I don’t use this hotel anymore.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

I booked a double room for myself and my 10-year-old child, but received everything for one person. Only one bath towel, one face towel. There was also no tea or instant coffee in the room. Breakfast was for one. If I had known there would be a small obento box, I would have taken the room without breakfast; it would have been cheaper. There is no restaurant you get only small bento and a bottle of green tea.

Super nettes Personal, Lage auch gut, 3 min von der nächsten Bahn

Cons:

Sehr klein, vor allem zu zweit mit 2 Koffern ist es manchmal eng geworden, dadurch dass wir aber eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren hat es definitiv gereicht

En las reseñas ponían buen desayuno. No es cierto para nada ,te dan la misma cajita con dos bolas de arroz un trozo salchicha ,salmón y albóndigita. Y una botella de plástico de té. Buen desayuno no es.
