Scam - during Tet, do NOT stay
Pros:

Scam - so had to last minute stay somewhere else

Cons:

Scam - so didn't like anything! Literally someone went in the day before to confirm their booking was on the system, and it was. They turn up the next day and the booking is "lost" so they have to pay double price for another room. We were offered a shitty tent in a cretinous abandoned floor with so many safety issues and zero facilities.
They WhatsApp-ed me to confirm my booking a few days before going and I sent photo confirmation of my booking number and had a chat about tours. They responded to the tours but not the booking confirmation and then claimed we didn't respond when I have literal proof we did.

Pros:

Staff and people are friendly a great place to meet people there is an after party there but can't really hear it in the hostel rooms which is good they are very helpful with other trips and tours

Pros:

The owner and staff were amazing. They always went above and beyond to help. The room was quite big, and the bed was super comfortable. I did the canyoning tour, and it was even more amazing than I imagined. I can’t recommend this hostel enough.

The owner (including the kids) were so welcoming and helping - also the volunteers! I had a really great time there + SUCH COMFORTABLE BEDS :)

Pros:

Ottima posizione, in 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro ed il mercato notturno. Personale molto gentile, ti aiutano per qualsiasi necessità.
Colazione buona. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli nella zona comune dopo il check-out.
Dormitorio con letti a castello comodi e spaziosi.
Doccia con acqua calda.

Cons:

Da migliorare l’aspetto della zona dell’area comune, sporca e disordinata. Da migliorare anche le condizioni dei bagni.
Nel bagno del dormitorio, la porta si chiudeva con fatica e la luce continuava a saltare.

Pros:

La proprietaria Ha mi ha aiutato a prenotare il bus per Cat Tien National Park, piuttosto difficile da trovare online.
Inoltre organizzano tour nei dintorni di Da Lat a prezzi concorrenziali.

Sociable and fun hostel. Edgy vibe.
Pros:

Super sociable. This place is an interesting vibe. I wasn't expecting it but I didn't mind it. It might feel a bit dodgy to some people. Family meal is good. Very cheap. The organised night to the cave bar is so fun too.

Cons:

It wasn't immediately obvious how to find the place. I think the rooms and facilities could be cleaner.
