Soggiorno ottimo
Pros:

Soggiorno molto piacevole. La struttura è curatissima, in particolare il giardino è davvero ben tenuto e la pulizia è ottima.

Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile: dopo il check-out ci hanno permesso di usufruire della piscina e dell’area esterna mentre aspettavamo il nostro volo. Hanno anche custodito i nostri bagagli, avvisandoci quando è arrivato il transfer, e ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare una doccia nel pomeriggio prima di partire, dopo essere stati tutto il giorno in giro.

Il self check-in è stato molto comodo e ben organizzato, con indicazioni chiare sia per entrare nella struttura sia per trovare facilmente la stanza.

Nel complesso un’esperienza davvero positiva: struttura consigliatissima per la cura, l’organizzazione e la grande gentilezza dello staff.

Lovely place, quiet and close to the centre.
Pros:

Lovely clean room, good AC. Hammock outside. Close to the centre.

Cons:

Workman, laying in a hammock, around the corner from our room, didn’t know I was in the hammock, and he was snotting and spitting on the floor, multiple times. I did comment but he ignored me, until one of the cleaners pointed out I was there, then he got up and went back to “work”

Efficace mais sans charme
Pros:

L'entrée de la maison est très belle, mais par contre, la chambre n'avait vraiment aucun charme.

Cons:

C'est extrêmement impersonnel. Il n'y a aucun contact avec un humain. Il est très difficile de trouver un petit déjeuner avant 9h00 (voire 10h00) du matin dans le quartier.
La rue de l'hôtel est terriblement sale.

Pros:

A localização é ótima, assim como a estrutura do casarão. O quarto é amplo e o ar condicionado dá vazão tranquilamente, o próprio quarto é bem fresquinho mesmo com o ar desligado.
Tudo o que precisávamos fomos atendidos prontamente, foi ótimo.

Cons:

Quando chegamos o chuveiro estava entupido, mal saía água, e precisamos desobstruir com uma agulha para conseguirmos tomar uma banho melhor. Depois disso ficou ótimo.
A cozinha coletiva também poderia ser melhor higienizada e ter dedetização com maior frequência.
Mas esses dois pontos não atrapalharam nossa estadia, que foi ótima!

La pousada est magnifique, avec tous les équipements pour se faire à manger et laver son linge.
Les chambres sont propres avec des lits confortables.

L'emplacement de la pousada est idéal pour visiter Sao Luis à pieds.

Outside area was nice with the pool and lots of chairs
The information given was very helpful and clear
Communication with the host was good

Cons:

Dark musty room
Didn't look like the booking.com pictures for the bedroom
Even though it was close to the historic centre it wasn't in a very nice street
