Overall, it is very good experience, and we enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

Room was too small and not as viewed in pics. not any view from the room. Bathroom glass shower partition missing results in slippery in entire bathroom. This is safety concern. Daily mineral water was only 2no. 500 ml bottles is too little for the price point of hotel.

Cons:

We were very happy with the morning breakfast we enjoyed most. Very healthy, and tasty. Housekeeping is very clean and regular and timely.

Pros:

The property is present in a nice area, lots of eateries outside, food in there main restaurant is very good, the overall cleanliness is good and comfortable at this price point.

Cons:

Some of the table mats and shower curtains can be refreshed, they were not clean.

ALMOST EVERYTHING. I FELT AS IF OLD PROPERTY WAS RENOVATED AND GIVEN A NEW LOOK. AND IT WAS NOT UPTO THE MARC . IT WAS NOT AT ALL VALUE FOR MONEY WHEN COMPARE TO UK 27 AND MARRIOTTS. PRICES WERE MORE THEN UK27 . I CHOSE THIS HOTEL COS OTHER HOTELS WERE FULL. UK 27 GIVES YOU MUCH BETTER FECILITIES AT THE SAME PRICE. BUFFET WAS PATHETIC. CUTLERY WAS PLASTIC OR MELEMINE WHICH WAS NOT EVEN CLEAN. BANQUET AREA WAS NOT CLEAN. LIFT IS PATHETIC. I WOULD RATHER CHOOSE NOT TO VISIT BELGAUM EVEN IF I GET THE LAST OPTION TO CHECK IN THIS HOTEL. THEY SHOULD CHARGE MAX RS 3500 FOR THIS HOTEL. 11 AM CHK OUT WAS AGAIN DISAPPAOINTING. UK 27 GIVES YOU 12 O CLOCK CHK OUT AND IF WE REQUEST THEM WE CAN STRECH A BIT TILL 01PM.
