מיקום מקסים אל מול הטרסות. 15 דקות מהעיר. טוני ומיי המארחים היו אדיבים ביותר. חיברו אותנו לטיולים באזור. אפשרו לנו להשאיר ציוד בזמן הטיול. דאגו להכל. מומלץ ביותר.

טוני ומאי מארחים מדהימים- מאוד אכפת להם שהאורחים יהיו מרוצים מאוד. רק התחיל לרדת גשם וכבר מצאנו מטריות מחוץ לחדר.
המיקום מצוין- רק כמה דקות נסיעה מהעיר (אני תמיד מעדיף נוף ושקט), אבל בסביבה שקטה מאוד בין טרסות האורז, מול נוף מדהים. קל מאוד להזמין מונית גראב ממקום האירוח לעיר ובחזרה (לרוב זה לוקח 10 דקות נסיעה למרכז העיר סאפה- 100,000 דונג וייטנאמי). ץ
הבקתות יפות, נקיות מאוד ומתוחזקות.
טוני מבשל את הארוחות בעצמו- ארוחות הבוקר מצוינות (במיוחד הפרנץ׳ טוסט הטוב ביותר שאכלתי), ופעם אחת גם הזמנו ארוחת ערב שהיתה מצוינת.
מומלץ בחום.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Rosie House. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish!

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Our bungalow was lovely, with a breathtaking view of the rice terraces. The breakfast was delicious, and the spa was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring Sapa.

The bungalow had such a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere, and we truly felt taken care of throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend Sapa Rosie House and would happily stay here again! ❤️

One of my favorite stays in Asia for now
Pros:

I booked for one week at Sapa Rosie house and didn't expect such an amazing experience.

The bungalows are beautiful and with a breathtaking view on the mountains and rice fields, the hosts are extremely kind and thoughtful and they have especially delicious food at their restaurant (I didn't even go eat elsewhere during my stay).

They also offer amazing treks that I totally recommend if you wish to see more of the area, as well as a spa with very high quality massages and treatments.

Cons:

Nothing, it's slightly further from the center of Sapa but I didn't mind at all, it made it even more peaceful !

Great location, really helpful and friendly staff. Great amenities - tour booking, spa, restaurant. Great views of the valley.

Very little. Was a little rustic, but that is part of the experience.

Best place to stay in SaPa!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Sapa Rosie House. From the moment we arrived, Tony and Mai were genuinely friendly, warm, and kind, making us feel truly welcomed and at home.

The property is beautiful, with stunning mountain and valley views that made our stay in Sapa especially memorable. We also loved the delicious breakfasts and meals—everything was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared.

Another wonderful convenience was having a spa right on the property. After a day of exploring and trekking, being able to enjoy a massage without having to travel anywhere was perfect.

Tony and Mai’s genuine hospitality, the beautiful setting, delicious food, and peaceful atmosphere made Rosie House one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa!

Preis- Leistung hat für uns nicht gepasst.
Pros:

Ruhige Lage

Die Bedienung war freundlich und bemüht. Service war trotzdem bescheiden bzw. darf nicht wie in einem Hotel erwartet werden.

Hilfestellung bei der Wanderplanung.

Cons:

Nur 1 Getränk zum Frühstück (sonst Aufpreis), das haben wir noch nie erlebt.

Bauliche Mängel: Wasser in der Dusche fließt nicht ab (Falsch gefliest). Kein Moskitonetz im Badezimmer.

Blick durch entfernte Großbaustellen trüben die Idylle.

3 fache Preise bei Spaanwendungen gegenüber den üblichen Tarifen in der Stadt war uns zu teuer.

Unter Spa haben wir einen kleinen Pool erwartet. Den gibt es nicht. Eine Stornierung war nach einigen Stunden, bereits nicht mehr möglich, trotz Telefonat.

Abbiamo soggiornato purtroppo solo due notti ma questo posto tanto semplice quanto meraviglioso.
Bellissimo il piccolo patio con vista sulle risaie e ottimi i pasti preparati da Tony. Ci ha dato la camera alle 6.30 del mattino gratuitamente avendo compreso qualche nostra piccola disavventura. Consiglio di cenare qui piuttosto che in centro di Sapa. Ottima qualità anche i massaggi. Tony e sua moglie sono stati due bravi host che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa.

Cons:

Niente. Tutto meraviglioso.
