Excellent experience, Hotel is away from main road so quiet. Comfortable bed. Big room. Clean. Manager and staff extremely helpful - always there to fix the smallest concern. Tried 4 hotels in Nha Trang before settling on this one for a long stay.
Huge room, with a comfy bed, air con and fridge. Shower pressure and hot water were great. Just a few minutes walk from the beach.
The bathroom was a bit smelly on our last couple of days, but not sure where the smell was coming from. Also, we arrived at 6am on an overnight bus from Hoi An and asked if we could check in early. We were told yes, but would need to pay an extra 100k. We understand they’re not obliged to let us check in early, but if the room is available, we’re not sure why we had to pay the extra cost - this hasn’t happened anywhere else we’ve stayed.
