Insufficient facilities
Pros:

Room is large

Cons:

1. The room is large, no table to put suitcases on.

2. There is no latch, only a hole.

3. There was no kettle,drinking water and tissues, only toilet paper.

4. The hotel is located inside a residential building; you can walk for about 6 minutes to get to the food court.

5. I stayed two nights, and on the second night I couldn't open the door. I had to go back downstairs to the front desk to update the key, which was very inconvenient for guests.

Wi-Fi is decent.
Nice places to eat nearby.

Cons:

Cockroaches in the room.
Music playing in the gym can be heard in the room.
Beedsheets looked dirty.

I'm not picky, but in my opinion, the price and quality does not match. I don't recommend this place.

Great Value But Hygiene Can Be Improved
Pros:

The location is convenient. Ample parking. With lift. Affordable stay

Cons:

While the room cosy. Cleanliness and hygiene should be improved. There are many small roaches running around the room and bathroom. Pest control can be more frequent. There are some stain on the comforter.

Harga okay dengan lokasi. Parking disediakan di basement jugak.

Cons:

Mungkin sebab sampai dah lewat malam, so staff pun dah penat. Tapi 1st impression tu penting kan. Kaunter receptionist bersepah, bau tk menyenangkan dah. Staff pulak cakap acuh tak acuh. Bercakap nak marah org padahal sendiri salah

Entrance bumper to high. Please be careful enter and exit from basement parking.
For Muslim is difficult to get halal food stall and need go 5 or more kilometres to halal stall.
