The Golden Spurs

No lighting outside room area was really dark ,no hand soap bed no comfortable .

Room was quiet and minimal traffic.

Good property and responsive staff.
The wagons get cold at night. The heater is not effective in low (< 45F imo) temperatures. Look up the night temperature forecast before booking.

Room is smaller in actual and does not come with hair dryer. Remotely managed but they are prompt in replies. Stayed here to access Bryce NP. Cute small historic town.

Outside (parking lot) light not working very dangerous

Shower head leaking

Toilet leaking

No grab bars

No tub mat ( tub very slippery)

Thank you for letting us know. I'm glad you were able to remove the spider. Regarding the water leaking from the toilet, there isn't maintenance available at the moment. If you'd like, there is a plunger in the guest closet that you can use to clear it. Unfortunately, the parking lot lights near the benches are not functioning at the moment

Second time to stay here. Enjoyed it the first time and it seems we will enjoy it again. Thank You.

The room I got was one of the few located in the back of the building. I asked if I could change to a room in the parking lot but they said because I had booked online I couldn’t (even though there were many unbooked rooms) I had to park at the street to be even close to the room. I had to make multiple trips around the building to bring my stuff in and I didn’t like not being able to keep an eye on my vehicle during the night.

Loved that it was self check in. Very clean, comfortable, good location close to Bryce

I like the coded entry. Room was very neat and pleasant.

For an all online office? They were wonderfully attentive

We enjoyed clean and comfortable accomodations. I appreciated the excellent lighting at the vanity area.
The hotel has no staff on the premise. Our soap decanter was empty and the bathroom light kept flickering off & on. (Room 11)

Check in was fine. Room is ok. But there was no tv remote. Tv is connected to role but it was not connected to internet. Was told tv for this room is broken. Asked for another room, request denied.

The room was very clean and large. Get bed, pillows and quilt. Would stay there again.

Great place for the money

The rooms were nice, despite the outside appearance. There is no staff, 100% self check in with a coded keypad. We had no body wash or shampoo in the shower, no refill available until after we were gone the next day. They do have a supply closet that is accessible with a phone call.

Nothing went wrong but the contact less front desk concept is a bit specific and not really fitting to the way I like road tripping.
