Pros:

The area is close to the food places.
The place is directly opposite KFC.

Cons:

No shampoo provided. Only two small soaps provided.
The bathroom sink was slightly covered in mold.
The side table underneath was dusty.
Bedsheet had a hole in it.
Thankfully the blanket was okay to use.
Air conditioner was an old one- meaning press the switch button and that's it. The noise it made was bearable.
Otherwise, staying there for a couple of nights was "Okay" as long as you don't intend on spending a longer duration there.
