Good value for the money and perfect for who plays golf
Pros:

Room, golf course and breakfast

Cons:

The woods inside the sauna should be refurbished, is very old and can be dangerous
The showers in the lockers of the pool are not the practical ones, the locker keeps opening even after closing it with the code

Pros:

Very convenient for the M4. Plenty of parking. Room good size and view over golf course. Restaurant on site.

Cons:

Hadn’t realised that it was a golf resort and that most rooms are in the modern block. Signage not very clear. Had difficulty finding reception initially as quite a warren of rooms and corridors

Unhelpful and unfriendly reception staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

They had no knowledge of my booking through Booking.com
and I was sent from one building to another on a very hot evening, without any help.
When e mail found about booking the receptionist said this was a common experience when rooms booked through Booking.com.Not a courteous or helpful staff member.
No aircon in room .
Nothing “executive “ about the room at all

Very disappointing- such great possibility but unrealised.
Pros:

Nothing impressed particularly - The Mansion has great potential.

Cons:

Parking was tight.
Main hotel dining and bar facilities were really tired and the ground floor ambience was totally ‘vacant’
Food mediocre in bar
Pool a pitiful experience- far too small.

Mansion ok but lacked warmth. I discovered the nice bar there by happy accident. No signage.

My room in Mansion ok but tired - needs livening.
