Getting there is tricky, the gps doesn't give good directions and we were not told of it before check in although we had extensive communication
even though we arrived exactly the time we said, there was a pickup truck blocking the entrance to the hotel, and we couldn't find anyone to receive us. we had to get down and knock on all the doors.
there was no meals offered at all at the hotel.

Decepcionante. La relación precio calidad no se cumple.
Pros:

No contaban con servicio de alimentos. No había ni una botella de agua en la habitación.

Cons:

La relacion calidad precio, nos cobraron 1500, se llega por terracería, el hotel no cuenta con servicio de alimentos, ni hay tiendas o restaurantes cerca, se pagó más por una cama extra grande la cual resultó ser dos colchones juntos, la habitación tiene humedad filtrada en paredes, no cuentan con lo productos de aseo, (pasta de dientes) recepción siempre cerrada, las cortinas no filtran toda la luz.

El lugar en general es bonito y acogedor

Cons:

Habia ranitas en el baño como 5, no estaba limpip el closet donde estaban las cobijas y el baño no era lo mas comodo por que no tiene puerta en la parte de la regadera y se mojaba mucho todo al bañarte

El paraíso ahora
Pros:

La ubicación es maravillosa, cerca de Aculco pero al mismo tiempo, con la distancia suficiente para disfrutar de la naturaleza y su silencio. Los dueños del hotel muy amables y cálidos.

Pros:

El lugar es muy bonito, las habitaciones son amplias, muy buenos anfitriones,en general muy bien. Volvería sin dudarlo

Pros:

Nice place in general and nice staff

Cons:

The location - Waze tries to take unaccessible roads so it was difficult to get there, plus the final road is bumpy and only dirt, so it was good it was not raining and we got in a van
The Shower - very difficult to regulate, I ended up just not showering that day ><

Great value, family-run business and a quiet place to relax.
Pros:

It is a lovely and quiet getaway for people who want to spend a nice couple of days, relaxing, and taking a break from the busy city life. The cabins and rooms are really cute and the service quite personal and warm.

Cons:

It seems like they are renovating the restaurant, so we didn’t get to eat there on this particular location, but I’m sure that they will have something very nice and a couple of months. Last time we had dinner there it was awesome.
