Our air-conditioning was not working properly. At one point our room was 82°. I went to the front desk and they told me they weren’t in charge of that unit. I contacted the booking agent and she wanted me to take a picture of the thermostat. I adjusted the fan as she said, but the room was still hot.
Well furnished unit, nice facilities.
Would have appreciated info on specific location and entry procedure (even if not the entry code) a bit earlier as we were at an event and had to take time to check that we received it and were all set.

Such a cozy place! We loved it!
It was on sight where we went for snowboarding at Mountain Creek, had a couple of restaurants nearby as well.
Check in was a bit confusing at first, was unaware of instructions until reaching out to host.

What we expected was a tiny cottage on a secluded hill well off the beaten path and nearly impossible to find. What we got was a resort spa condo directly off the highway backed up against some of the most beautiful private ski slopes and picturesque sunsets we've ever seen. Check in was a breeze and thier directions clear & percise. If you ever have a chance to visit you absolutely must try the beef wellington at Milanos Italian resturant just 6 minutes up the road. You won't be disappointed!
Instructions for the internet TV would have been nice. We gave up trying after 30 minutes of trying to log in.
