Il ns. ospite è stato costretto a cercarsi un altra sistemazione...
E' incomprensibile come una azienda come BOOKING, fino ad oggi apprezzata per i servizi prestati, possa includere tra le strutture da mettere a disposizione per i propri clienti una simile soluzione.

Cons:

La tassa di soggiorno non era stata esplicitata su Booking (70 euro) e pensavo fosse già inclusa o calcolata nel prezzo. Durante il soggiorno non erano previsti né il servizio di pulizia né il cambio degli asciugamani. La stanza risultava piuttosto piccola per quattro persone e arredata in modo datato. Inoltre, la TV non disponeva dei canali RAI né Mediaset. La posizione è buona, ma da sola non basta a giustificare un prezzo così elevato: basterebbe un po’ più di attenzione e cura per migliorare l’esperienza complessiva.

Pros:

El lugar estaba bien pero el problema fue que no andaba la calefacción y las camas no tenia abrigo. Reclame al dia siguiente y tampoco me lo resolvieron. La atención del chico super bien pero no me resolvieron el tema. En cuanto a la limpieza estaba bien pero caían una piedras chiquitas del techo sobre una de las camas.

Cons:

Avevo prenotato una camera con bagno. Al mio arrivo non avevano camere disponibili e non trovavano la mia prenotazione. Ho dovuto far vedere la conferma avuta sul mio cellulare! Mi hanno dirottato in un'altra struttura con il bagno esterno sul corridoio comune e non in camera. Ricezione internet difficile e niente WiFi.

No es la dirección que ponen en el anuncio, las habitaciones no tiene nada que ver con las fotos, habitación muy vieja. No habían mantas, baño muy pequeño..

Chambre assez calme si on laisse les fenêtres fermés.
Bien placé on peut aller au resto à 5mn à pied

Cons:

Compliqué à l arrivé on a le numéro 29 d indiqué sur booking. Et finalement c est le 21 . Impossible de rentrer. Heureusement une personne nous a ouvert la porte et guidé.

There were bugs in the beds, and the bathroom was dirty. The elevator barely worked, The staff didn't care about what you said. they also never responded. Overall, it was a horrible experience. I would not recommend!
